Great location.

Parking is not included. They charge an additional $12.00 per night. Bit ridiculous considering we are guest and ya know already paid for a room.

Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast eating area was clean and employees welcoming. Bathroom by lobby was out of soap, toilet paper, towels and it was a Saturday morning and we were leaving and checked out of room early so we needed to use that bathroom. The food needs to be warmer. Bacon was good but the sausage and egg muffins and gravy and biscuits were only warm. it was 8 am in the morning when we were getting our breakfast. Chairs and cushions were lovely and clean!

Homeless person entered breakfast area and started loading his pockets. Lots of youth sports camps kids around and families. It made us uncomfortable and he was pretty dirty, talking to himself. Girl at front desk appeared to notice him but did not say anything or approach him. He was very tall and lean.

This hotel is right by the freeway which is nice, and the hotel itself is very clean and affordable to stay in. The complimentary breakfast is also great, and the staff was very welcoming to me and my family when we checked in. I would stay here again.

We liked the layout of the open area. Loved the cinnamon buns. We liked the first floor room and the short walking distance to the lobby. The staff were always pleasant and helpful when help was needed, Easy to get on and off the highway. Close proximity to everything.

In the breakfast area, the hot water dispenser needs some decalcification. Not enough bacon. Not enough Handicap parking.

The hotel was close to legoland and a short drive to food areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the room I originally booked was overbooked by the system, EJ, the hotel staff, provided me with an additional room at no cost for the inconvenience.

The room I originally booked was overbooked by the system. My last name was used as my first name, so it took a moment to find my reservation. That gave me a little scare.

Great staff, Robert (I think) was amazing. Only real issue was that there was nearly no conditioner, and no body wash at all in the communal bottles. Not a huge deal because there was plenty of shampoo and hand soap, but just as a heads up.

It was clean, good price, and close to our friends.

Staff were all wonderful. Literally everyone I interacted with were friendly, and very helpful. I very much appreciated them all (front desk at check-in & check-out, facilities team members I encountered in the hall, housekeeping staff). Literally everyone was great! Room was clean. AC in my room was working great! (which isn't always the case, in my experience. So I appreciated that!). Location was good for work in the Carlsbad area. A Ralph's (Kroger) grocery store very close by was a plus for me as well.

Hotel wifi & internet was very spotty. I was travelling for work, and needed to work from my hotel room for about half a day, and the network/internet wasn't stable unfortunately. I had to move over to my cellular hotspot to use my laptop for work functions & meetings as a result. Wifi service came with the room at no additional cost, but I couldn't make use of it. This is my only complaint about my stay.

The location is great, and staff was friendly. Breakfast had lots of variety which was nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

One of the elevators was wet and always had some type of trash in it whether it was an empty cup or food wrappers. It also seemed like it needed mechanical maintenance because it sounded like it was going to shut down while in motion.

Comfortable beds & pillows, spacious room, yummy breakfast buffet, great staff (Luis), bigger personal ref, a microwave in the room, loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bigger bottles on the wall, and lastly, the jacuzzi!

The wifi was terrible and constantly going on & offline, TV keeps getting no signal and hard to navigate thru channels. Parking could have been free.
