- All staff were extremely polite and helpful. - Gym was clean and open for 24 hours. - The hotel is a 6min walk from Sunnyvale Caltrain station, which is convenient for people travelling without a car. - Also, it's located next to Sunnyvale downtown, so there's plenty of places to eat. - There's a target, wholefoods, movie theater, etc. which are all within a 5-15min walking distance. - On Saturday there seems to be a farmers market going on in the downtown area, which I hope I had more time to check out. - The location seems pretty safe and has an entrance facing the main street, but they lock that door at 11pm so you have to walk in through the parking lot area which seems a bit sketchy at night. So I definitely wouldn't walk outside alone after 11pm. However, a local told me to not walk outside past 9pm even though Sunnyvale is pretty safe. I guess in most places walking outside at night isn't safe anyways.

During the weekends there is a club nearby that's loud at night. However, the staff offered before I asked if I wanted to move to a room far from the noise. So I switched rooms and had no problems sleeping.

The front desk clerk upon my arrival was so accommodating & pleasant. The supervisor upon my departure was so nice & made sure to welcome me back. The cook for breakfast was fantastic. I live in Monterey & my son is in a care facility for rehabilitation. So being close by has made easy for me. The Aloft has just what I need to relax & feel comfortable. The outside patio is so comfortable.

Everything was wonderful, I will be returning!

I love the way the staff makes you feel welcomed. There’s a lot of food and bars places that stays open late. There family friendly. And they keep the place spotless. There rooms are nice and makes me feel right at home.

The only thing I didn’t like is paying five dollars for a little Gatorade other than that there’s nothing not to like.

Super happy with our choice, they were not only super friendly, they allowed dogs with absolutely no problem, they accommodated rooms that were close together. The only thing I would recommend asking for rooms higher up as there is barely to no day light on the lower level rooms. They offer free parking, there is a coffee shop and restaurants right next to it, about 2min walk. Much cheaper than Airbnb and don't have to pay all the ridiculous fees. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns we had.

The parking was something that I was more worried about since others that were not staying in the hotel could also park at.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They immediately provided extra pillows when requested. The complete lack of homelessness and bums grazing about was refreshing!

The place was very modern, clean and the staff were all very kind.

The in-hotel dining options aren’t much but there are plenty of options nearby!

Everything was amazing, in my top 10 list of hotels that I have stayed at. Service was great when we asked for a room with a fridge. The bathroom was luxurious, practically everything was.

We had some loud guests upstairs arguing but called the front desk who helped out with it. I'm guessing we were a bit unlucky. Aside from that, everything was great!

Good price for clean room and walking distance to restaurants in downtown Sunnyvale.

It wasn’t the quietest location and the rooms are small but perfect for me.
