The tub and bed, location

The fireplace kept going out, staff wasn't the friendliest, food was decent, dead cockroaches

Everything was great. Comfortable, great location, close to shops and a big market.

The only thing we didn’t like at all is that everything in the breakfast hall is disposable. Like literally everything. The amount of trash after everyday’s breakfast time is amazing. Given that we’re living in 2025 and that pollution, climate change and the culture of disposable stuff is destroying our planet, I’d expect hotels like this one to be make a few positive changes like stop using plastic silverware, plastic dishes (we asked for a dish to heat food in the microwave and they couldn’t give us a proper dish) and plastic cups. Honestly, I find it utterly disrespectful to the environment and to our health. I really hope my feedback will help you guys reevaluate some decisions.

We always wanted to see those giant trees. And as I searching for a place to stay in, that is close to the Sequioa National Park Comfort Inn & Suites capture my attention which is close to the visitors entrance which is 5 miles away and they offering free breakfast which my husband always looking for a hotel. Place is nice, staffs are great, breakfast is amazing and they have 24/7 coffee, tea and hot choco. Overall we had a great time.

Comfort Inn & Suites exceeded expectations with its clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The welcoming staff, especially Ms. Emily, made our stay even better. The 24/7 reception ensured seamless check-in and check-out. Ample parking was a plus, and the location near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks was perfect.

Breakfast would be even better with simple additions like sautéed mushrooms and cucumber, offering more variety for those who prefer lighter, less sweet, or meat-free options.

When we get there, booking.com didn't give them the confirmation of Saturday and Sunday of my booking, hotel staff said your booking is from Monday, I had my family with me along with my dog. After sometime, hotel staff accommodate a room for us in the same hotel in Three Rivers from Saturday to Monday otherwise we didn't know where to go. I had my 3 nights stay confirmation but hotel didn't get the confirmation from Booking.com. so I would like to thank you for the hotel staff who accommodate a room for us on busy weekend. The room was spacious for the family, breakfast has various options to eat.

The pool area and picnic table in the grassy area were perfect to chill out, we were able to put our baby monitor at the window so we could still hear our son whilst we enjoyed our evening outside. The location was close to a brewery bar, restaurants, cafes and shops. And a lovely river. And it was quick to get up into Sequoia National Park. The room and bathroom were a good size and had everything we needed. The hot chocolate was really good.

Awesome location, super helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast (make your own waffle station 😁).

Two small things: The spaces right next to our room were reserved for customers that were part of the rewards scheme which seemed odd as all the spaces next to rooms didn't have that. I think the jacuzzi bath was missing a cover over the water out for the jets and I nearly got sucked into the plumbing 😬

The pool was fun for the kids and it has a hot tub. One of the things the kids loved most was around the pool they had outdoor games, jenga, connect four, a ax throwing bean toss.

The room was not super clean. The edges of the carpet had a layer of dust, like they only vacuum the common walking areas, there was a hair scrunchy left from someone in the bathroom indicating they didn’t spend much time cleaning.

Breakfast buffet was a little light on choice.

Breakfast was fine there was enough of a variety to find something I liked and there was enough to meet the demands of the guests. The room itself was what we requested and the staff was able to adjust our stay to accommodate a day earlier arrival due to last minute changes in our schedule. The room was clean the bedding appeared to be clean and fresh.

Everything was as expected.
