The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a bar on the rooftop and the view is very beautiful. It was nice sitting there and relaxing after walking al day.

I paid extra for a room with a view and it wasnt worth it as it was mainly view of the parking lot and a little bit of the marina (at least my room) Also, in order to get anywhere in the city you need to drive or take an Uber (unless you plan for the marina) The room was good but definitely not worth the price we paid for it.

The hotel is extremely clean, with regular upkeep. The pool is right outside and also very clean. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I absolutely loved the 1st floor large outdoor balcony, which can be used by anyone staying at the hotel.

It was really tricky for me to connect to the wifi on my phone but it could have been an issue on my end. Connecting wifi to my MacBook was easy.

room was great.the view of the marina, beautiful. Cleaning staff did a great job making the beds and cleaning our room daily.

Breakfast was extra. We did not mind paying for it, however the cooked food - like eggs and bacon were not good.. bagels were great and the facility can sure use a new toaster that works properly..

Beds comfortable and breakfasts good. Staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of information for Charleston site seeing. Close to main highway and free parking on site. Charleston great place to holiday with tourist sites such as Rainbow row and Nathaniel Russell mansion.

Location not close to city, so Uber is essential. A bit long to walk into city.

Breakfast was excellent. Loved our room .. the view, the quiet… was all great. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The front desk forgot to inform housekeeping that we would have a late a checkout and housekeeping interrupted us twice and then we could hear them just outside of our door waiting for us to leave. This was beyond frustrating.

Beautiful location on the Ashley River. Great view of boats and gorgeous sunset! Beds and linens were excellent! Easy ride to downtown. Plenty of free parking.

Coffee pot was completely rusty. No coffee for us! Major noisey construction going on in registration area. Restaurant closed for renovation on our arrival day.

Our room was very nice with a fabulous view of the harbor. We ended up spending some nights sitting on our balcony instead of going out because we couldn't find any views that beat what we had right outside our room! The screen door was a very welcome surprise.

The lobby area was a little disappointing. Considering the location I would expect a more scenic view of the harbor. Instead, it was crowded and noisy, especially in the morning.

It was mostly clean . A lot of noise late on weekends . I guess to be expected . Sounded like someone was sick in the hallway throwing up . Was disappointed no room service didn’t know u had to request it and no one told me until I had to call down for a replacement blanket cause of a stain from Previous guest . And they took a whole day and had to call down again for it . And room smelt musty .

I booked a room with balcony but when I checked in I was told there were none left and I was getting an upgrade. The upgrade was "a better view" but no balcony. The reason why I booked this hotel was specifically because I wanted a balcony, I work from home and the last thing I wanted was to feel trapped in a room over the long weekend.
