It was convenient to us visiting our Mom in Maplewood, there was ample parking and I heard the breakfast was excellent. I didn't have a chance to eat because I woke up late. My husband stood here before and said it was great. The hotel is clean and very esthetic. I would recommend to others.

The staff was OK, but a little customer service goes a long way. A smile can start off anyone's day or change the bad morning others are having. Always engage in a bit of conversation. Not to be nosy, but to show that you are happy people chose your hotel.

The location was good.

Breakfast could have been better. As for the rooms, I wish you would have a section of your hotels that accommodate pets and another section of your hotel that do not allow pets. For those of us who do not have pets, it is not fun to stay in a room where a pet has stayed. Actually we have been avoiding Best Western Hotels because of this but for this time, we chose to stay at one but will be avoiding them in the future if you still have pets in all of your rooms.

Location was great - easy to get on and off the highway. Breakfast was ok. Not laid out logically which made it confusing. Cutlery was beside the juice, not the plates. Couldn't find the butter until the end - it was in the fridge beside the juice. No salt or pepper that we could see.

Floor was very cold in the room.

Liked the room layout and features, especially the little kitchen area. Everything was very clean. The bedding was very good, The room was quiet.

Some of the furniture was a little scratched up and should be touched up.

It was clean and breakfast was hot with lots of options.

It was hard to navigate to and outside food options required some additional driving and navigation.

Breakfast was good and included food items we like. Liked the eggs and sausage. Maybe more fruit would have been good too.

TV was a little difficult to work correctly but this was not a showstopper for us.

Man behind counter could barely be bothered to speak clearly, never got up out of his chair. I am ex military and expect men to act in certain ways. I understand that this is 2023 and respectful men are hard to find, but they will never go out of style.

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, and the property was clean.

Wish the room had a microwave.

How clean it was and no carpeting in the room.

The cigarette hole in the blanket and the faint smell of someone having smoked in the room or the heat/ac could have been cleaner.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was more than accommodating. The breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal among other cold items. I stayed in 5 hotels on this trip and this one was by far the best.

Needs a microwave in the room plus the actual coffee pot; however, all of the hotels were minus the pot. Must be the new standard.
