View from our room, clean and comfortable beds, spacious bathroom.

We arrived at check-in after 11pm. There was a wedding happening in the hotel and the room we originally booked wasn't available any more, so we were checked in a upgraded room for a higher price (+$50). As much as we enjoyed the morning harbor view instead of the originally booked room with city view, we'd expect to get what we booked. If the room was not available any more by no fault of our own, the upgrade should be for free and not automatically charged without any explanation.

We were upgraded to the harbor-side view during our stay! The staff was very accommodating, and helpful when asked questions. During my stay, I had to print a document for work, and it was such a simple process once I got connected to the computer that was working.

My hotel door was very loud upon opening and closing. There was a door for an adjoining room that was locked, but it seemed to be warped somehow, as it kept appearing to be cracked. No major issues, and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is fantastic. There was an absolute TRUCKLOAD of people at the hotel that weekend - including when we were checking in - and the staff handled everything from valet to concierge to front desk with efficiency and politeness. If I'd been the concierge out front with all those cars and people, I'd have been overwhelmed but not he: polite and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet (somehow) and had a remarkable view. Bar staff was fantastic under pressure.

I'm REALLY picking nits here but the valet could have been a little more "present" when we pulled up. With all the cars in the check-in area, it wasn't clear where we should pull up to or who was going to take our car. But it's totally understandable with all the cars they were handling.

The hotel is in a great location and convenient to the municipal parking lot next-door. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a view this time. Last year when we stayed there, we had a beautiful view of the inner harbor. But the room is very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is pretty outrageously priced. $30 apiece for the buffet. And not a lot on the à la cart menu to choose from so you’re kind of stuck paying for the buffet.

I loved how beautifully decorated the hotel was. The staff was very friendly. The security measures they take to ensure that guests are safe if phenomenal. There was security everywhere. There were many events going on the weekend I stayed and Check-in was still very fast. My room was very clean.

I wasn’t told what options there were with room service. Also there was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in my bathroom. My complementary lotion was also used.

I have decided to begin to travel. Marriott Inner Harbor was all that you could ever want. The hotel is clean, members are courteous, and restaurant food was really good with a great variety. The hotel was close to many places to go. I and traveling sisters are planning a longer stay next trip to Inner Harbor and Marriott.

I loved the location and the views from the hotel. The waterfront and piers are beautiful. I would definitely use pictures from the windows and surrounding area when selling your property.

There was something strange with the bathroom sink water faucet. The temperature control was definitely off. I think the hot water side was way too high and made using that sink and unpleasant experience.

Loved the location, within good walking distance of lots of stuff. This particular weekend was very busy so there were a lot of people. I guess it's a good spot for weddings and big groups to stay. But the view of the harbor was amazing and the room was super comfy!

It took a long while for the room to cool down with the air condition on... No microwave in the room and the mini fridge was very tiny.

The breakfast onsite was delicious. The waiters/waitress were attentive and friendly.

I was at the property for the UC Awards (event). I reserved a room for 2 nights in advance, but once I arrived at the hotel, there was only reservations for 1 night and the Hotel could not accommodate.

Very clean rooms and the beds were very comfortable! I have a hard time finding a hotel where I can make it nice and cool for when I sleep and the air worked amazing! The water view was absolutely beautiful and all staff were very friendly! I’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
