Facilities were warm and comfortable even in the dead of winter. Stayed for a night to visit Harvard for fellowship and employment opportunities. 66 bus can take you right to main campus, no car required. Wish there was a room with a bathtub though because hot water is the best way to recover from bitter cold when you're walking all day.

Would prefer bathtub to get off my feet as pedestrian with no car. Also contact less pay terminals for check in and checkout are preferable especially if traveling in the elements. Free breakfast included would have been better but it was really good for $22. Put a Dunkin Donuts in the lot and I could live there.

We stayed for business, so breakfast was perfect for a what we needed. Not too much but not too little. The room was good, TV wasn't working but the team soon came to fix it. The dinner options were also delicious!

Location isn't ideal, we didn't have many places nearby/walking distance. Uber everywhere. Also, there was a light in my bathroom that, although I tried every switch in the room, never turned off. Probably could have asked the staff and they would have explained...

Good location near T station. We were worried that our room would be noisy because it faced the street but it was surprisingly quiet! The room was large and really nice. Very clean and well appointed. It made our visit to a concert at Fenway enjoyable.

Was a bit pricey, but much less expensive on booking.com than on Marriot Bon Voyage. Would have liked to collect points for my stay, but not worth the extra cost.

We were on a girls trip and the mirrors available in the room to get ready were lacking. It would have been very helpful if there was a mirror on or above the desk and if the lighting was better near the closet.

coffee in the lobby was good. exercise room was nice. the pool is small but a good spot to relax

would have liked a continental breakfast included. Also, didn't realize that the on-site parking was paid, not included in the room

Clean and beautifully designed. Staff was always helpful and responsive.

The every other day cleaning schedule was fine but toilet wasn’t cleaned on that day, no toiletries were restocked, glasses were not replaced with clean ones. That is really the only disappointment I experienced.

Room was beautiful and well kept. Much more enjoyable than that which I experienced with other hotel stays. The staff was wonderful and made for an excellent stay.

Water pressure in the shower was very low compared to what we are used to. It would also have been nice to be made aware of parking charge.

Very elegant and modern hotel. Great room with lots of places to put your suitcases and toiletries in the bathroom. Nice shower and comfy beds. Great European style breakfast witch we have missed during our stay in The United States.

Overall everything was fantastic

beautiful hotel and I couldn’t say enough about the staff. The night staff gentleman helped us at 1 am to move us to a new room because the a/c wasn’t cooling properly. He did it in about 5 minutes from the time we called the desk. super efficient. Free parking in a large mostly empty parking structure which is unusual for Boston. Also very close to the train station.

There was not a thing I didn’t like.

Very nice amenities. Disappointed breakfast not included, but for price, about $21, very good breakfast. Close to trail, which goes to hub with transit buses and subway come to.

Again, no free breakfast. One male employee a little aggressive in removing things from tables.
