Everything was good clean and very nice.the room was awesome.

The swimming pool was closed from Kent County health dept. And the pop machines were shut down they had no pop or water. In the machines. But other that everything was ok. And the elevators were slow. Overall it wasn't bad my husband check over the room to make sure there no bedbugs but did notice on the pull out couch bed that the mattress had some little scpests of tiny mold under the mattress, they said didn't look right but it looks like it had been there a while. But it was fine,breakfast was good ,had a great buffet style. We very pleased. Other a couple of things.

Easy check-in, quiet, good breakfast.

That there was NO heads up that their POOL was closed. Which was half the reason we stayed there with a kid. I could have stayed somewhere else. Also, we stayed there 2 nights and I was disappointed that housekeeping didnt tidy up a little in-between, like new towels, condiments, garbage.

The breakfast was good. The lady running it was very friendly. The pool was good size but over-chlorinated. Work out room was good. And it’s right next to the highway and a gas station so travel was easy

Too much Chlorine in the pool. It affected my daughter’s eyes. My second room had a broken shower but they were able to relocate my party to a better room with a working shower.

Facility was clean and smelled amazing! I was able to get an early check in (like 2hrs). The young man at front desk very pleasant and accommodating!

I wish I knew the layout of Grand rapids more because the location was a little off where I wanted to be! And it's more of an industrial area!

Comfy and clean rooms.

Receptionist disappeared a lot and had a line when all keys reprogrammed. Did like being so close to the pool and entryway with loud kids running in hall and banging noises. Also room had 2 fridges that didn't work and no coffee pot!

Friendly workers. We stayed 3 nights. Our original room didn't have hot water and beds were well used. They moved us to a handicap suite for the second and third nights. That room was so much better.

Hotel is not in a very nice section of Grand Rapids.

Got a good rate. Had a swimming pool. Outside of Grand Rapids but in an area with lots of shops and restaurants a few minutes away by car.

Asked them to make up the sofa bed but when we got there it wasn’t made up and they asked for a 100$ security deposit refundable when we left.

Spacious room with a good worktable and office chair. Wi-Fi works well. The mini fridge has a real freezer. Spacious, well-lit bathroom. Comfy bed. All very clean, and the room is serviced daily without having to request it. Decent breakfast.

Love the big garden tub

The breakfast wasn’t good. The carpet and furnishing were broken and worn, the bed was horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were not supportive. The staff was uninterested I. Helping us

Breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful when I called about a charge that was incorrect in my credit card.

I wish the bathroom was cleaner. I had to unplug the bath as soon as I arrived because it was filled with old water and it was pretty gross. There was also some carpet missing in my room, just a hole in the middle of the room
