I absolutely loved the King size bed & I loved just loved the pillows. They were full but able to adjust to what I liked about the pillows. I really wished I had pillows like these to lay my head on at home. So the bed and the pillows were fantastic

The blow dryer attached to the wasn’t working & I had to trade rooms to get one that was. But I still got my king size bed & great pillows. Also I was there several days but had to keep asking for toilet paper. Also they didn’t clean my room & take care of my garbage.

Staff friendly and helpful. Clean hotel

We checked in late night. I paid for room in full before arriving but the clerk said she had to have my card to verify. They had already taken the funds from my bank and I told her this. She also needed my drivers license which is standard but having to run my card 2 or 3 times no. Then she told us breakfast would start at 9 am. Which if my spouse would not have gone done to smoke at 8 am we would not have been able to eat.

The staff working at Clarion on April/23-24 were so wonderful to me. They were helpful, polite, and so easy to work with. I didn't expect too much initially as I just wanted to be near the airport. The staff deserve a lot of credit for doing their jobs well.

Honestly, it's always the clients. These weird people were walking around without shoes on, smoking in the elevators and in their rooms, and created a huge mess in the kitchen on the morning of April/24. How can the staff keep up with all of this when some of the clients keep messing things up for everyone else?

The staff are very kind specially the lady that works second shift

The break fast was kind of poor and the eggs were could I thought the they made them fresh but it was all frozen and just warmed up

The bed was the softest

The prices to every room went up so I couldn't stay for another week with my autistic son

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful

The side door box to get in was broken and either door I used was quite a long walk and traveling by myself I like to get in ,also some people propped the door open with a rock ,and it made me feel a little unsafe knowing anyone could enter the hotel,

everything went well after the first entrance when we arrived

when we entered there was printer problem lady had problem get computer to work for her and when we got to the hallways they were fillty dirty with no explanation so in the elevator and of to the room wondering how the room would be a little nervous we entered the room and it looked clean sheets were clean and lots of hot water

Nice and quiet sleeping 😴

I didn't like how customers were leaving there trash bags in hallways and putting a brick in the door to keep it open, safe violation.

The warm reception from the staff

One of the side doors doesn't need a key to enter or go in, that means any person could walk in to the Hotel, for security reasons is good for all the doors to use a key slot

Everything was clean room to staff was very encouraging answered all my questions in a professional manner.
