Top notch customer service. We were celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday and needed a large room to accommodate her friends. I was able to check in early that afternoon to set up and decorate before the girls got there. The room was huge, loved the separate bedroom so I could go to bed and shut the door while the girls stayed up in the living area. The room had 2 queen beds, a pullout couch and plenty of room to set up a queen size air mattress. The pool area was running with the slide and hot tub open. Even with the temperature outside being -20 the pool area was still warm. I've stayed here before and I will definitely stay again. Great location near the shopping mall and my daughter's favorite restaurant, Sorellina's, so we didn't have to venture too far away to the things she wanted to celebrate her birthday.

One of the dryers wasn't working properly so we had to wait for bath towels and pool towels but that is completely out of the hotel staff's hands. They were very good at communicating the issue and bringing towels to us as soon as they were ready.

Close to the Mayo Clinic Hospital. There is great places to eat that are within walking distance of. Pool area is fantastic. Breakfast was great, especially the eggs!

I am handicapped and requested a disability friendly room. First room given was not handicapped friendly at all. New room was a little better because of the shower head and safety bars but the tub was very small and difficult to turn around in. The beds are very comfortable once I was able to get in. The bed is so high and there is no stool to step on to get into bed.

Your staff was amazing. This was a sold out weekend with multiple softball and baseball tournaments and also hosting a wedding at the same time. Front desk lady with green hair did a great job acknowledging guest and then finishing the job of either answering the phone or checking people in. The lady who ran the breakfast on Saturday morning worked her tail off keeping everything stocked and cleaned. Breakfast for a few hours was a zoo but you wouldn't have known with how well Everything was stocked. Cleaning crew. We're seeing multiple times throughout the day cleaning and stocking. It was pretty impressive on how fast the pool cleaners are able to clean and shut things down. We had a small issue with our toilet and maintenance guy was there to help in 5 mins. I saw staff member monitoring the pool. I know places need to have rules but I really liked that they were relaxed this weekend being so busy. I really think this helped keep the guests stay in a good mood. They allowed the lobby/breakfast room be a hang out for guest after 10 and had the halls dim. I believe this really helped keep all the guest really happy and respectful. Night manager on Sat was monitoring and helpful with guest in lobby breakfast room.

Suggestion is to get a slip resistant coating for the pool area. We had the handy cap king/sofa bed. There was a big coffee table we had flip up. I would probably remove this allowing for more room and stick to end tables. It would be cool to find a way possibly make a few room suites to have bunk rooms.

The room was very nice. I surmised the room had been decorated recently. Carpeting was not stained or worn. The furniture was nice without chips or scratches. Breakfast included eggs & bacon. Good coffee too. I got handicapped parking near my room. Very handy.

Everything was a good experience. I wish my room would have been closer to the Breakfast Room as my oxygen tank had run out of battery. That was my fault because I had not planned to stay the night and after a lengthy day at Mayo Clinic, I couldn’t drive another hour. I’ll plan better for emergencies in the future.

It was approx 6 miles off I90 but worth it. The area was great for our dog and there was a fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel. The staff was fantastic I had seen negative reviews of the hallways being hot. The hotel has a small water park in the center of it. It wasn’t too hot and it is understandable, as soon as I saw the water park.

It was $40 more for our dog to stay with us. Seemed a bit high but, I’ll know better next time.

There was always coffee, no matter what time. They pool was open most of the time except for cleaning, which they had signs up to let you know in advance. They room is more spacious than I expected and beds and comforts were so soft and comfortable! Everything was really great! Staff were all very professional and well spoken, and happy to help. We stayed here almost a month and will for sure come back based off my last visit!!!!🩷

If I had to say, it is a bigger hotel, so more walking to get room than used to.

Location to the wedding venue, the places in the immediate area like restaurants, gas station, shopping. The kiddie pool and waterslide. Continental breakfast.

You should have two types of pillows in the bed--- we prefer a less firm, flatter pillow so the only ones on our bed were not comfortable on our necks.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was great until it wasnt.

Saturday night when it was so over packed that people were sitting on top of each other in the hot tub and the older kids were doing flips off each other's shoulders into the water and no one stopped them

This was a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was big which was nice since I use a wheelchair for getting around most of the time. It was quiet and the beds were comfy.

For some reason, our room was very warm. We ended up turning on the a/c and keeping it at 62 which still felt like 70.

The room was clean and perfect for a family of 5.

The pool was messy, with lots of random articles of clothing and toys laying around. We woke the next day to find it exactly the same. There was caution tape all over the ladders and hot tub. There was more caution tape outside around something.
