The room was clean and good value.

Breakfast was not included as was expected for a casino. I paid for the breakfast buffet. It was the worst buffet ever. A breakfast included at any normal hotel far exceeds this paid for buffet. No juice, coffee not included, no fruit, no milk, no milk toast, yogurt was poured into a large bowl - no chilled - and shared among all patrons. They did have poorly prepared powered eggs, cold pre cooked biscuits, French toast with a syrup on the warming table, bacon and water for $17.

The front desk was really nice. They had a problem and Hannah took the situation and handled it. The key makers was not working and she personally walked us to our room and I stopped by after going to the casino and picked up keys.

I like to play in the casino and was not Comped any on the room. Most places here where I'm at they usually comp Mon thru Thur. Just saying

There is no way to get ahold of the hotel staff. I had an emergency and needed a late check-out but since I wasn't at the hotel I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the desk. Luckily, they called me after a certain time.

The room was clean and very nice. Bed was so comfortable. I read reviews complaining it was outdated but our room was updated, clean, and SO nice. The casino was fun, lots of game choices. And Gordon Ramsay Steakhouse was PHENOMENAL! I can't wait for our next stay.

Internet was not turned on. Had to call front desk and they never answered. Then had to call tech support. Front desk was awful. Reservation from booking.com was not in system when we arrived and front desk clerk sent us away for two hours. Finally got a clerk to look at my phone and reservation an she checked us in.

Very clean, large room and huge bathroom with separate tub and shower.

Double, not queen beds. Was comfortable but small. Only one cup of in room coffee, single serve. Had a Keurig maker in lobby but that's not convenient. Only paper cups in room. No counter space as dressers were built into the wall.

Clean room and was allowed to stay later than checkout time. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Elevator requires room key to reach floors above main floor.

All you can eat buffet style restaurant was gone. This was a very good place to enjoy a meal that was higher quality than a chain restaurant buffet. Vending prices are very expensive but to be expected at a resort.

I was worried it was going to be really dirty because of all the reviews but it really wasn’t even bad. I understand what people mean about needing updates, but still cozy & not an eye sore or anything. I enjoyed the casino & restaurants.

Very minimal problems, sometimes keycard doesn’t work right away in elevator. One hotel staff wasn’t very friendly but I don’t even know what he did there we just ran into him in the elevator & he just wasn’t very nice. Also drinks could be stronger, I did have to wipe out the tub, there was hair in it, but I was expecting this due to other reviews so I wasn’t really mad about it.

Semi parking!! Nice to get away from truck. Ate at sports bar. Good food. Good service. Hotel staff very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Would to have liked to check in early, but hotel was full night previous. Didnt really offer to have room cleaned so we could check in. We just spent time at sports bar while we waited. Wasn't horrible.

I liked that the check in process was simplified, staff were professional and hotel appeared to be blean. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.

The hallways in the LV hotel were a little stand and the shower fid not drain properly but overall the experience along with all other aspects were great. Would stay again.
