they are very professional and explain everything upfront to us. sone folks complaining about Airport shuttle but since they have a 11 seater van , just one they need to make the drop from and pick up both ways and logistically handled well by writing it our pickup time at hotel. Driver was very nice and helpful. we need to be ahead of crowds and get in the van at the time you wanted to leave. great staff. Some folks complained about phone device in room and that is a cordless phone which many folks never have it nowadays at home so the struggle but it is easy if you look at it. great hotel and value for money

Now all the people that work there from the front desk to the people that cleaned around are just all great people very helpful go out of their way to get you stuff and you unbelievable

The only one thing I didn't like about the place is the general manager he was so ignorant to not just me multiple guests that had problems I have more than one time I spent there over a month and he's just like I tried to talk to him like a gentleman he's just ignorant human being how he has a job there he's beyond me but why he probably has a job I call bail she been working here for years she is so she runs that whole place he don't do s*** he's a he's useless

called for the van, they said on the way, 30 mins later, they said they were “on the way”, finally picked up after 45 mins, then after stoping at all terminals we left to the hotel. once away from the airport they said we had to go back for more people. took over an hour to get to hotel which was 5 mins away. extremely unorganized “transportation” not fun at midnight.

Honestly so glad that I didn’t listen to the reviews and still came and did not cancel. Both receptionist at check-in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean with no issues. Clean linens on the bed with a blanket and plenty of towels in the bathroom along with toiletries. Other reviews had mentioned heater not working or fridge not working. In our room we had no issues with heater as it was nice and warm. Fridge stayed cold for our drinks we brought for our overnight stay. Some of the reviews prior I saw to our stay had me concerned about bugs we saw no bugs at all during our whole stay yesterday through today. closeness to eagles stadium and right next to Dennys for a nice breakfast in the morning you can’t beat. We will definitely be coming here again

I didn't like that the cook doesn't clean the grill before putting other products on. ex. Pork bacon and turkey bacon taste the same, and it shouldn't.

I had an overnight layover and needed a place to rest my head for the night. The Wyndham Garden had an free shuttle pick up that made transportation to and from the airport so smooth. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I was extremely grateful to have a coffee maker in my room. would highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

I only wish I had more time to enjoy all of the facilities.

It was in a great location and easy to see from the street. The staff was polite and the room was clean.

Some of the ceiling tile in the hall needed to be fixed. The water in bathroom sink was slow to rescind and needed to be plunged

it was close to where we needed to be with easy access to the highway.

I thought the beds said queen except they were doubles not even full size it seemed. also ice machines were broken except for floors 4 and 6.

Breakfast was advertised but NOT offered. Reported issues with toilet. Someone checked it but toilet continued to run being flushed.

They were very accomodating when I discovered there was no heat in the room. They moved us to another room with working heat.

The heater cord was unplugged and it wasn't wrapped up or tucked away.
