Upon entering the hotel I was greeted by an friendly man. He pulled up my reservation which was on Booking.com. He upgraded my room and said, "Enjoy our pool to the left and breakfast in the morning." His smile set the tone.

The room was clean and organized. After traveling for hours I wanted to soak my sore feet into a tub. I found the tub to be very clean and the water to be very hot. That is exactly what I needed. There were plenty of clean towels to dry with.

The location was great for us. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and very much appreciated. Love that there’s a saltwater pool, and a hot tub! The grounds were very pretty and well kept. The beds were super comfortable. Really appreciated the little workout room!

We did not know that there wasn’t an elevator to transport our stuff upstairs, that was very surprising. But the staff was more than helpful, and would have gladly switched us if a first floor room had been available. Next time we will just specify and first floor room.

The breakfast area is great & Cathy keeps everything neat & tidy.All staff there have always been great.Rooms are neat & clean thank you Toni.& ac works great thank you Mike.Pool is nice to have.My family & I stay every year & book months ahead to assure our room.Wouldnt stay anywhere else.5 stars to ALL STAFF & TO THE HOTEL ITSELF.Steve at front desk is GREAT.Actually ALL STAFF EXCEL AT THEIR JOBS.

All was wonderful nothing to dislike.

The front desk attendant, Shaker, had phenomenal customer service skills and ensured that our needs were taken care of.

It was clean for the value it had. Some towels did have weird yellow spots on them.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The Wi-Fi worked well. The hot breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. Good location.

You can tell it was a smoking room from when you came in but the staff did a good job with the cleaning. A little pricey for what you received. It could have used some updating.

Pool was clean and not crowded, jacuzzi was small but clean and available. Complimentary breakfast included hot and cold items, with plenty of healthy fruit choices.

Smokers were right outside my room (end of hallway), right at the exit. Children in the jacuzzi at times.

Me and my wife stayed there for 2 nights to visit Providence and New port which are only 30 minutes drive from the stay. It is exactly matching with the description provided in the app. Worth for the money. Breakfast is also good.

I enjoyed the fact they had a breakfast option of we weren't able to leave the hotel. I also like the option to use the pool. It was not far from the wedding venue or mall in Warick.

I did not like the lack of food options near the hotel.

It was very cozy. Clean and inviting. The staff was available and kind. The location was perfect as we were visiting our son and didn’t want to stay too far from his home. Very convenient location.

I have no complaints at all
