The location of the breakfast was perfect. However, it seemed there was a staffing issue and the same person who was responsible for the front desk was also responsible for the breakfast bar. Food wasn't replenished as quickly as it should have been and we had to wait for food. Otherwise it was perfect.

The overhead light in our bathroom did not work. There were two refrigerators in the room. one was plugged in, the other wasn't but neither of them worked.

Staff was great and the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

I have a disability and I was disappointed I could not take a shower. There was no handle in the shower. I was afraid I would fall. I asked the front desk and found out none of the rooms have handles.☹️☹️☹️☹️ I think we might look for another facility that has handles

Indoor pool wasn't working. Fridge in the room was not cold so we couldn't store drinks to keep them old. Our reservation was for 4 but only 2 large towels and 3 wash cloths in the room

close to Homestead Festival that we attended. we are planning on coming back next year, and will probably stay here again!

not enough towels and wash cloths, we had to get more towels and wash cloths. we only had 2 towels and wash cloths for 4 grown women. Also, had to get our card key reprogrammed, it was shut off after first night and we booked 2 nights, very inconvenient to have to go back downstairs and get it reloaded!

Very clean. I did like they were going through an update of facilities, so I felt things were getting refreshed and cleaned.

My walls were very thin and the noise from other rooms kept me awake half of the night or more. The room next to me were definitely enjoying time with friends and we could hear all the conversations.

Staff great GM was very helpful and spot on when I had trouble with reservation.

Clean on outside room looked clean but…. Bed cover was filthy dirty especially around the face area. Shower had good pressure but no water, tub still had hair around it and mold corners of bathroom floor were filled with dirt and hair

Desk clerk was efficient and friendly.

The breakfast was a big disappointment. Biscuits were stale and the coffee was poorly made. The crockpot of cream gravy gave me hope, but it was gummy.

The breakfast was great, the location was perfect for our trip, we were able to get a free upgrade.

Could definitely use some updates in the rooms but they were clean and served their purpose!

The breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. Noise was minimal. Room service was good.

The shower water wasn't always warm enough or it would turn cold while taking a shower. One of the front desk receptionist could use coaching on their soft skills. The bathroom tub corners need to be cleaned better or replace the cork or grout..

We would stay again. Staff members were kind and friendly during: checking in, asking for bedding items for pull out bed in couch, & general questions about the area. Amazing Breakfast! Sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, sausage links, mini pancakes & more!

Bathroom door is "swollen", had to push close, noisy in the middle of night for others. Closet door hard to open, drags on carpet. It maybe "swollen" too. Minor details can be fixed by Sleep Inn! : )
