Room was clean and nice - bed was comfy - staff was helpful. Elevator worked (last trip stay at a competitor across the way and the elevator was out and no offer of assistance to move our bags from 3 rd floor.

All was perfect with one small exception; Please purchase a better quality toilet tissue - the tissue you currently use is horrible - doesn't not clean and leave bits and pieces on your body. I went out and bought my own to use.

The rooms were very spacious and quiet. The vending choices were great and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was great with just a few minor issues. 1. The Jacuzzi "drain stopper" would not stay in so every few minutes you had to run more water. 2. There were 4 of us and only 2 towels. However, it was easy to walk down and ask for more 3. The sleeper sofa had no extra linen or pillows. We had to go ask for them as well. 4. The shower head sprayed in a million direction with great force! Lol! You had to keep certain areas covered while showering.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I did get charged twice but have been told it will be taken care of, we will see. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am with the privacy sign on the door, she wanted to know what time we were checking out, this is bad practice and aggravating. Other than that everything was great.

Customer service was great! Ms. Monica did a great job and made sure everyone was comfortable. Hot breakfast was a plus as well. Beds were comfortable and clean and only 15 minutes away from Choctaw casino!!!

Needs a lil updating but it was clean and room size was big.

How helpful Monica was!! From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked in, Monica made sure we had all we needed and was very attentive!

There were some soft spots in the floor, especially in the bathroom that could be big issue in the future for this facility in the future.

The pool was advertised as heated but was far far FAR from it. I wish there were better access to towels in the pool area as well. But overall such a wonderful experience and will def be returning.

Tv was very old and the remote didn’t work well. But we weren’t there to watch tv. It was very nice and clean!

The Manager Ashley. She was really nice and understanding. The food was delicious and the Hotel really is in a good location.

The beds were too firm.

The staff was amazing, our first morning there we went down for breakfast and the sweet lady was so helpful with my kids, and the next morning she even remember their names!!

When we had not check in by 7:48 pm, someone from the property called to verify that we were still staying on the property! This was a life saver, I was attending my niece's wedding and forgot to call for a late check-in.

Breakfast ended EARLY for the weekend. Most places that I have stayed at in the past will have a later closing time for breakfast on the weekends only. I slept in late, by the time I got ready breakfast was finished.
