- Huge room: 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. - Balcony facing directly to water. 2 chairs and small table, just perfect size and great view! - Very easy to find luggage carts. Very organized. - Recycling and trash cans at multiple locations of building. Made it easier to still promote recycling while away from home. Thanks! - Indoor AND outdoor pool. Indoor pool closes at 11pm. Glad to have later time for pool after long day sightseeing. - Hammocks in gazebo (very comfortable for any size or age) - Very comfortable beds and pillows - Plenty of easy parking on site (even for trucks) - Great breakfast! Many choices, never ran out and staff was constantly replenishing supplies as well as greeted guests many times. - On site washer and dryers - WiFi worked well - Large refrigerator/microwave - Good lighting options in room (optional reading lamps by each bed) - Large squeeze shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to shower wall was so helpful and brand was a mild scent for hair. - Staff greeted us everything we passed the front desk. So welcoming and present. Much appreciated. Also very helpful to answer questions and offer local info. - LOVE the landscaping/gardening!!! Hydrangeas were in full bloom and looking fantastic. Kudos to your staff on such an immaculate and well taking care of location. This is the first time staying here and we were really pleased with everything. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We appreciate your service and hard work. It shows! Thank you so much. We will definately stay here again.

They have very good breakfast options for every taste and always fresh fruits, variety of coffee. The room was very clean and bed and pillow very comfortable. Pool and hot tub was available and in great condition for use. Very close to downtown Love that it faces the water The stuff is exceptional! Very polite, always helpful to any needs. Gym was always available Love that they have digital check in and I don’t have to wait at the reception. Just got in the hotel and the room and key was ready for me to use.

I upgraded room for the delux view instead of value but honestly the room that was offered didn’t really matched the description. As half of the view was blocked by the deck that was on the first floor near the pool. Also it was very loud as the room was in front of the laundry room and people kept using it and open close the door super loud.

When I entered my room I was very surprised and happy to see the size and the amenities. It's interior design was quite nice. I had a view of the water and a mini balcony which I did not expect. I was also happy to see the indoor pool and the gym. I am a swimmer so I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It's also really convenient and nice to have breakfast available.

The bed was a little hard for my taste, but it was clean, there was an extra blanket in the closet, which was perfect for me and there were two that I could choose from and plenty of comfortable and clean pillows.

I loved staying here. We did not have the best view as we had an end room but could still see the bay and could very easily get down to the beautiful outdoors area to watch the sunset. The staff were so nice and the beds so comfortable. Free parking was great, and a real plus was being able to get to all our destinations quite easily. Going in early Nov. meant no crowds and that was a plus! I forgot to say this, but it was a great breakfast each day! The ladies work so hard to get everything ready and kept clean we so sweet and kind! We would stay there again!

I really must say that there was absolutely nothing I was displeased with!

Bed was wonderful. View with balcony AND A WINDOW THAT OPENS! Oh, the window! Slept with the window cracked so the cool breeze came through. The grounds were beautifully set for views of sunset. The sea wall and decking is all new Trex. The staff were all smiles and friendly.

Breakfast: The sausage gravy tasted like canned dog food, and the scrambled eggs were very watery. There were no breakfast meats...- a tray of bacon goes a long way. Other hotels use an omelet style egg patty that allows the guest to construct breakfast sandwiches. With the comfort of the room, cleanliness of the facility, location of the water... I expected hot breakfast items to be at least on par with Best Western.

We had originally booked a Presidential Suite and found out once we arrived that it had been overbooked by a glitch in the system. The management made it right, we stayed in a king suite which was VERY spacious, waterfront with a huge balcony and had excellent views. We loved that breakfast went until 11am and there was no shortage of food up until the end.

The TV channels were very limited and we forgot to pack our ROKU so we could not stream since there are no apps on the televisions.

The staff were all very friendly and willing to give us a great stay. In fact, I lost my wedding ring, and the staff at guest service went the extra mile and let me know that someone found a lost wedding ring on Facebook and not only helped us get in contact with that individual but also let us know where we could call to retrieve the ring.

Cleanest, most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was so nice and everyone spoke each time we encountered staff of any kind. The young girls that were working during breakfast were not only super friendly, they kept everything full, clean, and were very accommodating. Lavey was absolutely marvelous. She is an amazing worker and was just the most kind hostess ever. We will be back again next year for sure and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not a thing!!! It was perfect!

Great location, walking distance to downtown! We appreciated that breakfast was available until 11am as sleeping in was a rare leisure for our family that we looked forward to having this vacation. We also appreciated that the indoor pool was open until 11pm. The staff was very friendly and we loved having a water view from our room.

The pillows seemed too small for the bed and weren’t very comfortable. Would have preferred body wash over a small bar of soap.

The view was so much better than expected. We loved our little balcony. The room was very clean and comfy. We really liked the daily included breakfast. It was a nice selection and the staff was wonderful to keep things filled and hot. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful and you ALWAYS saw someone cleaning or up keeping something on the property! We were VERY pleased with this awesome hotel!

The indoor pool and hot tub area had a very strong chemical smell. The room needs a bit more ventilation. But that was the ONLY thing that I could find that was not "perfect"..
