- Huge room: 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. - Balcony facing directly to water. 2 chairs and small table, just perfect size and great view! - Very easy to find luggage carts. Very organized. - Recycling and trash cans at multiple locations of building. Made it easier to still promote recycling while away from home. Thanks! - Indoor AND outdoor pool. Indoor pool closes at 11pm. Glad to have later time for pool after long day sightseeing. - Hammocks in gazebo (very comfortable for any size or age) - Very comfortable beds and pillows - Plenty of easy parking on site (even for trucks) - Great breakfast! Many choices, never ran out and staff was constantly replenishing supplies as well as greeted guests many times. - On site washer and dryers - WiFi worked well - Large refrigerator/microwave - Good lighting options in room (optional reading lamps by each bed) - Large squeeze shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to shower wall was so helpful and brand was a mild scent for hair. - Staff greeted us everything we passed the front desk. So welcoming and present. Much appreciated. Also very helpful to answer questions and offer local info. - LOVE the landscaping/gardening!!! Hydrangeas were in full bloom and looking fantastic. Kudos to your staff on such an immaculate and well taking care of location. This is the first time staying here and we were really pleased with everything. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. We appreciate your service and hard work. It shows! Thank you so much. We will definately stay here again.

Great location. Bayfront! Our 3rd visit. Clean hot tub and pool. Decent breakfast. Nice room. Plenty of space. Previous time we booked the Presidential Suite. Awesome room! Quiet town. Fun to watch the duck parade every morning!

TV gets cable but no premium or movie channels and no guide. No way to stream or cast from laptop or phone. Would be a game changer but 2 days were rainy so w did watch TV at night. Best thing on was Friends. Mattress was a bit saggy. Housekeeping came one out of 4 days but we didn't really mind. Got clean towels. Not much to do at night but fortunately the hot tub is relaxing. No Keurig but coffee downstairs is good and they have creamers! Limited seating on boardwalk near bay so we just walked over to the hotel adjacent to ours. Nobody was ever outside there using it and they had lively rockets and gliders.

I called and asked if I did the online registration correctly, and if I didn't pay for early checking, could I. I was assured I was ok.. They see I requested it. Called hours before we left to make sure. Get there earlier than anticipated..noted that to staff, but would we be able to get in for 2. They are working on it. Stated that 2 more times..then I got irritated. This person stated I did not pay for it..I stated I offered to pay at my 6 a.m. call. Miscommunication at its finest. They knew I was irritated at this point. We got in around 3. I get things happen, but when you ask before you arrive, at arrival and 2 more times..not acceptable at all. The brkfst staff was phenomenal and courteous.

They have very good breakfast options for every taste and always fresh fruits, variety of coffee. The room was very clean and bed and pillow very comfortable. Pool and hot tub was available and in great condition for use. Very close to downtown Love that it faces the water The stuff is exceptional! Very polite, always helpful to any needs. Gym was always available Love that they have digital check in and I don’t have to wait at the reception. Just got in the hotel and the room and key was ready for me to use.

I upgraded room for the delux view instead of value but honestly the room that was offered didn’t really matched the description. As half of the view was blocked by the deck that was on the first floor near the pool. Also it was very loud as the room was in front of the laundry room and people kept using it and open close the door super loud.

We travel all over the country, and this is all-around the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes drive to the beach/national park. The hotel is super clean, the room is spacious and clean (and the view from the balcony is amazing!). The free breakfast is great. The two pools and jacuzzi are awesome with awesome views. We can’t say enough good about this hotel!

When I entered my room I was very surprised and happy to see the size and the amenities. It's interior design was quite nice. I had a view of the water and a mini balcony which I did not expect. I was also happy to see the indoor pool and the gym. I am a swimmer so I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. It's also really convenient and nice to have breakfast available.

The bed was a little hard for my taste, but it was clean, there was an extra blanket in the closet, which was perfect for me and there were two that I could choose from and plenty of comfortable and clean pillows.

Our room was upgraded to the Presidential Suite--the room was absolutely stunning! It was extremely large, impeccably clean, and delightfully decorated. The room is lined with bay-facing windows and a private deck on two sides, and there's a free-standing jacuzzi tub by the windows. We've been coming to Chincoteague for decades, and this room has probably spoiled us forever. We didn't even go to the beach because the private deck was so beautiful and quiet--it was hard to leave. The staff were all amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever!

Location - very close to the best eating places. Very beautiful view through the window. Pier of the hotel - great for boats’ spotting and bird-watching. Very clean.

Breakfast is a disaster. Plastic cups, plates and almost plastic food was in such a big contrast to otherwise fantastic place :-( Luckily, they had very delicious oranges and Bold coffee was good enough. So, summing up - it is great place, with not so great breakfast (as in all hotels of Comfort Inn chain).

The room was very nice and quiet. The pillows were unusual small square shape; I like normal size pillows. View was nice. breakfast was hot and plenty to eat. I did try and buy a yogurt the night before, but the staff said I could not :( was a little disappointed. One staff member offered me her personal yogurt, which was nice, but I declined. I did like the snake bar selection and having the post cards. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

I loved staying here. We did not have the best view as we had an end room but could still see the bay and could very easily get down to the beautiful outdoors area to watch the sunset. The staff were so nice and the beds so comfortable. Free parking was great, and a real plus was being able to get to all our destinations quite easily. Going in early Nov. meant no crowds and that was a plus! I forgot to say this, but it was a great breakfast each day! The ladies work so hard to get everything ready and kept clean we so sweet and kind! We would stay there again!

I really must say that there was absolutely nothing I was displeased with!
