Really nice staff. Breakfast bar is stacked. Yogurt, fruit, bagels, waffle station, lots of toppings like dried fruit and granola. I'm the room: Kitchenette! Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen sink. Iron, Ironing board. Free parking, Area: Close to so many restaurants and Potomac Mills/IKEA etc.

Everything was fine.I noticed that my bathroom door when open blocked the shower and if you need a mobility device it would not be accessible. If you have accessible needs, let them know so you get a bathroom you can bring a chair/walker etc. again- was not a problem, just a hint for future stays. The parking lot is a little tight, but I always had a spot and it's well lit.

It felt like you were at a second home. The amenities were great

The hotel was over booked was not notified until 3 hours to Check-in. and had to put me in another room.That didn't have a bed for my son.He slept on a couch. Staff did not keep up with breakfast barely got anything both mornings I was there. Bathroom is a little small if you open the door and somebody's on the toilet, it would hit them. Bathroom definitely doesn't accommodate of family but did not get original room.

It was very clean and comfortable. Always brought towels and any other requests we had very quickly.

The hallways constantly smelled like Marijuana even though it's supposed to be no smoking. Also, they have washers and dryers on premise, but no easy way to get change to use them unless you have cash. The breakfast was very limited. The parking was difficult as well.

I travel for a living and stay in many hotels most of them 5 stars. Nothing compares to having a kitchen a semi separate bedroom. And so clean and welll run. Did my laundry while working out in the gym. I can't speak to breakfast because I don't eat it.

I came in late at night and it was hard to determine where the front door was!

Location was not as detailed on the website. Building was next to an auto scrap business on one side and at trailer park on the other. The smell of the dog crap from kennel was the first thing we smelled. Also the dogs barked late night if someone went into the parking lot. I would have chosen a different location if the pictures would have shown the lots Nextdoor.

The hotel room was fully equipped. It made me feel like I was staying in an Air b&B. The full kitchen, the full fridge, and microwave, and silverware were great.

I did not like the fact that there were so few silverware available. For example, I believe there were only two forks! Also, the breakfast was okay, but I would have like more meat options. There are some breakfast staples that were not present such as bacon, breakfast ham, country saussages.

Aurora, MaKayla and Alexandro are an absolute asset to your brand. Their customer service is excellent! The breakfast staff as well as the housekeepers are on point! They work together as a whole in order to create the best experience for everyone. Thank you!

The ONLY recommendation is the coffee station could be extended. This is Not a big deal until it is.

I loved that the staff worked with me about the deposit that i didn't know i had to pay. She really helped me so late at night. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was substantial.

The cleaning crew didn't come unless you called the front desk to request that they clean. ... and the bathroom was tiny in comparison to the huge room.

Location and the size of the room. An employee at the front desk called Eric was very pleasant and professional. His customer services skills were outstanding.

The smell, because the hotel is pet friendly so they should be spraying the hallways and also the rooms. The shower flow is very weak and it’s very disappointing

The property is situated oddly. It was hard to figure out where the entry door was. Parking is plentiful, but to the side or behind the building. There is a parking garage of sorts, but it’s not easy to figure out how to easily get into the building from the garage.
