We have stayed here almost 1/2 dozen times. We have found it clean, close to many facilities, with a very helpful staff. We ran into our first problem this time when the toilet over filled on our second day there. I called up the front desk and they sent up a plunger. I worked and worked at it and finally called the front desk. They sent up a made and she said that she got it fixed. When we got back from the football game the toilet still would not flush so we left it for the last day and used the workout room right down the hall. This was a pretty bad experience but the first in all of our stays there and though it was an inconvenience, we will stay there again.

Pros: The suite was quite spacious. The desk was huge, which was helpful as I was there for business. There were plenty of outlets for all of my electronics. Despite it being a 1 bedroom suite, it had tons of closet space--both in the bedroom and in the main space. The bathroom was quite spacious as well with good water pressure in the shower. They had all of the amenities-- shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel as well as hand soap. Flavored coffee creamers and a nice variety of teas. The later checkout time of 12 pm was nice as I did not have to rush in the morning and could pop back in to grab my stuff after my morning meeting. The location was also nice. It is about 12 minutes to downtown Bellevue, which makes it nice to be outside that hubbub. However, very close to Safeway and Rite Aid, so can grab anything you may have forgotten.

Cons: The building is older so it has that "old building" smell, which cannot be helped much. The parking garage is quite tight and has pillars that make maneuvering difficult for larger cars. But there is ample parking outside as well.

We loved that protein was available for breakfast. yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Loved the location of the hotel to the church across the parking lot. easy to walk to. had something to print and they printed it for us free of charge.

had to ask for our sheets to be changed as they were not clean. the housekeeper was lovely and did this for us as we asked. just a fluke that they were there when we came out of our room. the hotel by and large is clean. pots and pans did not include a skillet. only 2 silverwares in the draw and the coffee in room is not good and the coffee maker is one of those you cannot bring your own coffee and make. (the small one with the pouches). I am a snob for coffee and wished I could have brought my own and able to make it for myself.

I had stayed at Larkspur Landing many times while traveling to Bellevue and enjoyed the hotel. So when my power and internet went out in severe storms, and was going to be out for almost a week, I checked Larkspur Landing and was thrilled to see they had a room available at a reasonable price. The location is very nice, rooms either face a nice mini-forest of trees or have a view of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, and the full-featured kitchenette with dishes and pots is great for preparing meals. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short (walkable) distance. I always recommend Larkspur Landing to people traveling to the area, and they are always pleased.

I stayed at Larkspur Landing due to an extended power outage at my house. I was able to get a room for 2 nights. Everyone was checking in at 3pm so there was a line at the check in desk. They were efficient and pleasant as they processed the large line of guests. Room were pleasant and quiet. I ended up leaving a day early as my power was restored early. I didn’t get breakfast, but it looked to meet most guest’s needs.

Nothing that I can think of.

Rooms large with fridge, sink with mirror not in bathroom, microwave, pod coffee maker. A little dish soap would be nice, we booked two nights but we stayed a third night. Breakfast was make your own waffles, basic continental items, oj, apple juices the coffee machine in lobby close to breakfast area has great choice to make a great cup of coffee, latte cappuccino and more. I enjoyed the tub as I don’t have one at home

Size of the room was great. We had a suite with a one bedroom. Was really nice to have a kitchenette. We were originally concerned about the distance from Seattle, but the car ride wasn't long and it was easy access to get there. We ended up being happy with the location!

Furniture was very tired looking and beds (king in the bedroom and pull out sofa) were not new or supportive. Stairwell had really strong terrible smell.

Free parking, with a small parking garage available. Very spacious room with amenities hard to find in modern hotel rooms. Staff was friendly and room was cleaner and more comfortable than expected.

Location is a little out of the way and entrance is easy to miss if you've never stayed before. Parking lot is dark at night. Room is dated, but very clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and the spacious room

It could use a little TLC in small details. Some of the patches on the walls could be done a little bit more professionally. Some of the handle will be tightened a little.

Breakfast area was small but ok for the number of people there at the time. Food was single serve packages but wasn't bad, good. Coffee was good and always available.

We got back late from an event and had to park out in an unlit part of the parking lot. It would be nice to have some lights out there.
