I always like to stay at The Country Inn & Suites when I visit Milwaukee. It’s very convenient for me close to the airport, indoor pool and spa, breakfast included and next to McDonald’s and by the corner restaurant and familiar with the area.

I stayed a whole week and it would have been good to have them come in at the 3rd or 4th day and pick empty the bathroom garbage can, as it was then only one in the room. Need to think about that and about adding another one in the room and also providing a hair dryer.

Other guests allowed the kids to run, scream play in halls till 3am. They spilled ice and fruit in the hallway. Slamming doors constantly. We finally had enough and left about 430am. Not the hotels fault at all. This was ignorant parents allowing kids to do this.

Was greeted at the front desk with a smile and Room was beautiful and clean. Loved all the updates on the rooms and that there was a ceiling fan in the front room. The free breakfast was okay with the cereal, breads, eggs, sausage and the make your own waffles.

There should have been bedding for the pull out sofa in the room which there were not and when we asked for some we just received a bag with a pillow and blanket in it. No sheets. We wanted to use the pool but there were way to many younger kids running around and screaming and water everywhere every time we went down there. We chose to skip the pool. The breakfast area was a complete mess when we went down. Food and spills were all over the counters, and the kitchen staff appear to only put out the bare minimum. Also, found a small piece of metal in my daughters eggs. I believe it may have come off of a scrub brush possibly. I notified the front desk and they apologized. The hotel was still remodeling.

Breakfast the first morning was good the pool and jacuzzi was clean my room was very nice

Too many kids in the jacuzzi breakfast was not served my second morning my room was beautiful but slightly cleaned the mirrors were very nasty

Staff informed me right away at check in that the pool was out. The only day we could use the pool was Friday evening due to our plans Saturday but even though that occurred I still enjoyed the stay!

The convenience of being only 12 minutes from downtown. Close to public transportation. Staff was friendly

Our room smelled like disinfectant which I mean would be fine if the room was exceptionally clean, but it was not so it made it seem like it’s used as a cover up. The room was banged up and definitely used.

Location was great in relation to downtown & the continental breakfast had lots of variety.

The halls smelled like wet dog, there was no hot water for tea & the elevator was broken so staying on the third floor was inconvenient.

There was some kind of white mess splattered on the curtains and a brown stripe on the ottoman near the mirror that looked like a poop smear.

Location to airport, shuttle service, very clean. The rooms were large and staff were very friendly and helpful. Close ent to walk to services

Great location, clean and staff was pleasant.

Our bathroom fan didn’t work but that was the only bad experience.
