The location was excellent. Quiet, safe, and close to two metro lines with many restaurants and grocery stores.

The wifi connection was extremely poor. The internet would keep disconnecting and even connected was slow. The design of the bathroom was inconvenient and strange. The shower space was only spectated but a flimsy glass divider with very little room. The whole bathroom would be drowned in water after someone showed.

It was a great location, convenient for local amenities plus close to metro. Room felt spacious and we were grateful for the air conditioning when the weather warmed up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Good lighting and useful plug sockets.

A slightly odd thing happened, they took our electricity card from our room during a maintenance check and then we had to go to the reception to get a new one. Also, the reviews seemed to suggest it was very quiet. Appreciate these things are relative, but I’ve definitely stayed in quieter hotels. Could hear quite a lot of movement plus tv noise. But it was very quiet at night which was the main thing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Yannick, Gaelle, and many more were incredible! They went above and beyond to help make our stay in Paris so memorable- From helping with train directions to getting my husband an expresso at arrival (much needed after a long flight:) This hotel was located near the 1 and 8 metro stations. We were able to get to all the sights easily! There is a monoprix supermarket within walking distance as well as another grocery store. There are many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and a baby store called Yolo on the corner- perfect for all your baby needs while travelling.

There were ants in the room, but staff were receptive to cleaning.

Comfotable room, great location in the immediate vicinity of two metro lines and within walkig distance from Bastille (=plenty of options for bars and restaurants). Friendly staff. Quiet room and great air conditioning menant very good rest. Sober decoration and functional room.

For some reason, none of our requests to fix issues with the room or even to change towels, were acted upon, despite being accepted and diligently noted. Minor technical issues, for sure, but the attitude puzzled us

Perfect layout of appartment, very quiet, very comfortable bedding, staff very courteous and responsive. I will again book at this place on my next trip but please ensure good and steady replenishment at breakfast.

Breakfast was lacking as even on Day 1 of my 7 day stay, as early as 20 minutes after opening time, there was no more croissants left and staff said that was it for the day. Fruit salad was tasty but the next day all day and for the rest of my s stay forward, it was not replenished although I asked 2-3 times. Replenishment should not be an issue, specially that tis was 15 Euros per breakfast. On day 6, bananas were available but it is a bit thin as an option for fruits.

The hotel is very good, it is located in a quiet area, a few hundred meters away, there are two metro stations, the eighth and first lines. The only minus, of course. I would, of course, add some improvement. There are not enough shelves in the bathroom, they give very limited ones, these are garbage bags, but we asked for an additional garbage bag, for example, and Everything is quite quiet. There is a small kitchenette, oh, where you can perfectly cook breakfasts and dinners. Everything was good.

The location is excellent. The hotel is within 1-3 minute walk to Line 1 (Reilly-Diderot) and Line 8 (Faidherbe-Challigny). Many attractions (central - Louvre, Musee de Orsay, Invalides; peripheral - Pere Lachaise Cemetery) are 15-20 minute metro ride away. The neighbourhood is safe and clean and there are a few stores within 5 minute walk (Carrefour City). There are many typical Paris bistros and bars nearby which offer "standard" French cuisine; there is also a good Tibetian place (Bar a Momos) with 5 minute walk. The hotel is clean; staff is friendly and helpful. Apartment comes with a few dishes, cutlery, a small fridge, a small safe, and free WiFi. The room is not cleaned everyday but we exchanged our towels for clean ones after a few days.

The studio (room, kitchen, closet) is small, by North American standards. But this is expected. The most unconventional was the shower. In our room, it did not have a "catch basin". The water goes directly on the bathroom floor and then into the drain. After a shower, the entire floor of the bathroom is wet. Bring a pair of flip flops if you want to get into the bathroom after somebody else had a shower.

The location of the hotel was incredible: 20 minutes by foot from Bastille, 3 minutes to two different underground stations, and a bus stop. The hotel was very clean, the room was quite spacious. The heating was good, and the kitchen was equipped with all the most important kitchenware. There was a separate small table to have dinner/breakfast that was enough for two people. The bed was big and comfortable, and there was enough storage space.

A minor thing: the girls at the check-in counter seemed to be inexperienced and had problems with math when we were paying the tax, which you have to pay when checking in. They couldn't calculate how much change they needed to give us and insisted on us paying with a card. When we came to the room, the fridge wasn't working and smelled a lo as vinegar. The smell stayed for the whole duration. We managed to turn the fridge on ourselves: turned out the power going to the fridge was cut off. The price was quite high, however, this seems to be the feature of Paris.

The hotel is in a great location, with many cafes and patisseries nearby. Traveling by Metro is easy, with two lines a block away. Our room was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating with our dog. The filtered water again the lobby was a wonderful bonus.

Our only complaint is that the in-room coffee machine needed coffee filters and ground coffee, making it useless for us; one that uses capsules would be much better.

Excellent facilities, kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets, kettle and coffee maker provided. Nice sized room, and very well located with excellent metro access and close to bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

The safe was out of battery and despite promising a fix this was not provided, which was frustrating in a city like Paris. The extraction fan for the cooktop was hidden above a cupboard rather than over the cooktop, so it was difficult to avoid setting off the smoke alarm. The bathroom sink was blocked when we got there, and the shower glass was not large enough to prevent the whole floor of the bathroom from getting wet.
