This hotel is perfect for those seeking an authentic Paris experience. The location is excellent, away from the crowded tourist spots. Just around the corner is Paris’s most charming park with a pond, river, herbs and a free outdoor gym. Plus book market and a giant outdoor fleamarket on weekends. Food and coffee are available at affordable prices, supermarkets close, and buses to the city center are just around the corner (100 m). From the upper floors, you can see the Eiffel Tower, beautifully lighted all night. The small room has basics for traveller, including a fan for hot days. Just bring your water cooker with you. The WC and elevator are indeed small, and there are a few bumps here and there, but who comes to Paris to spend time in a hotel room? The staff was very friendly and we didn´t hear any noise from other rooms.

The window will hopefully be fixed some day.

Not too far from porte de versailles, also local shops and takeaways. They have a fridge and a microwave available to use.

I was on the toilet, and my husband was in the shower. There was a knock at the door, but before i could react or answer, my door was opened. The cleaner came in. She seen me on the toilet naked and said sorry then left. Although she was very respectful and left straight away and waited for me to come to the door, she didn't give me time after knocking before entering. I booked a double room and double bed for a married couple and instead got 2 single beds and mattresses and covers pushed together, They kept moving apart, and we both fell down the middle a few times., so we couldn't even have a cuddle. At times, my key card for the door stopped working. The railing outside the window was moving.

This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. It has a family-run feel. The staff were highly motivated; friendly; and ready to help. I felt safe coming home late or leaving early in the area. There is a metro station and tram stop nearby. There is a laundrette one minute away. There is a lovely park; cafe; and bakery down the street.

There is a large fridge, kettle, and microwave in the downstairs common area that had a lovely large tv and charging ports. This was all great. I bought a plate and cutlery to have a plate to eat from. There was a thrift store down the street so this was easy to get.

Very affordable cosy modern and clean single room with double bed and good shower unit (hand basin was a tad small but wasn't an issue) and was very warm as it is winter - decent breakfast facilities 8 euros There is a coffee machine etc 2 euros. Easy transport links by using either the 95 bus (direct to the Louvre) or by Porte de Vanvers Metro stop to the centre - c. 20mins - and free WiFi which had a good signal. Receptionist Mina was very helpful and friendly. Quiet area -and a few bars and supermarkets close by was handy

The hotel has a good location - it is not noisy, there are restaurants and supermarkets in proximity, right in front of the hotel there is a velo parking. Near the hotel there is one beautiful park where you can drink coffee, make a picnic or chust relax. The room that we stayed in has nothing in common with the pictures, but it is not quite a big deal, because it has all the ameneties that we needed - bed and bath. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows not so. The bathroom is not so big, but it is perfectly fine and usable. The staff are really nice and smiley and they makes you feel like home. The building has an elevator, so you dont need to climb stairs if you dont want to. In general if you are planing a trip to Paris for sightseeing, this is one good option on a budget price. Eiffel tower is around 45min of walking and only 15min with Lime. There is a direct bus to Le Louvre.

The hotel needs some pretty big renovations - the bathroom door needs to be repaired, as the water destroyed it, the WC need to be replaced, as in our room it was broken. The window covers was rusty, there was a lot of dust on a non-working radiator. The rooms dont have airconditioner but only a small fen, which in our case has broken stand so it cannot be moved, but it wasnt a problem. Moreover, our room generally needs some painting and decorating, as it was not very cozy.

Everything, hot water, warm room, pleasant staff, great location, what more could you ask for. I read a few negative reviews off some people,arseholes some people moan about anything nowadays. People getting blown up and killed everyday in this nasty world and all people have got to moan about is a little bit of dust. Get a life SUCKERS. Great place.

It was clean. Bed was confortable. Cute, clean bathroom. Hot water. Friendly staff. I stayed one night. Wifi works very well. Easy to come from CDG airport. Few restaurants near by. Quiet place. Great value for what l paid in the Olympic week. I would say this hotel is good for a few days since we all come to enjoy the city. This is a come to sleep hotel. I felt safe in this area.

The lady who cleans the room was waiting for me outside to clean the room; but that is ok since l woke up late but l did check out on time.

The hotel is much better than expected. The room was in an excellent state, very clean including the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The room has a desk with great wifi for work. The hotel is located in such a peaceful and accessible area of the 15th arrondissement with great room views. It is not super fancy but well decorated with great service so I am surprised by the bad reviews!

The only thing I found uncomfortable was the elevator due to its tiny size and I could barely fit my 2 suitcases and myself inside. Other than that, I had a beautiful view from the 4th floor.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and kind. The location was really good with plenty of shops and the metro/tram stops a short walk away. Having a fan in the room helped us survive the 36 degree heat!

Whilst the room was clean and adequate, it was nothing like the pictures. Definitely in need of a spruce up. The elevator is tiny... only room for two people and one bag.

the staff was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. was very grateful for the facility holding all our luggage for a couple days before our stay! thank you for helping us find affordable transportation to the airport. for the price and and the amount of people that were staying in the room, we are very grateful for the experience and highly recommend to those working with this budget!

the facility could have been a little more spacious but i understand that for the central location, this is part of what comes. overall, there is nothing else I didn't like or would have expected differently. the space was made up for by the amenities and staff!
