Hotel is very lovely and clean and the apartment was larger than I was expecting for Paris sizes. The location of the hotel is very good and in walking distance to many places such as the Louvre. It also has very good metro connections to other landmarks and areas. Guests are able to have free coffee/water from the lobby area even if not having breakfast at the hotel. Did not try the hotel breakfast but the options looked good.

Elevator was sometimes faulty and the door sensors defective, so the doors closed on my mother suddenly as she was leaving the lift after opening. This meant her arms were crushed from both sides with the elevator doors. Elevator definitely needs to have some new maintenance to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

Very clean, spacious apartment, well equipped. The double bed in the bedroom is really comfortable. The room looked inside the yard, so very quiet. Bathroom/restroom - separate - are spotless, nice toiletries. Since we love walking and sightseeing, almost everything is in walking distance - for example, Louvre is 20 mins walking, Notre Dame 30 mins - if not, use the metro - station is literally around the corner. The ladies at reception were absolutely nice, kind and helpful, always at your assistance.

It is not we did not like, just notes: the coach in the living room is a bit narrow if you open just one side. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on quality, but looking at it seemed nice. We had breakfast in the nearby bakeries as we wanted to try local shops.

Reading some of the negative reviews I was uneasy before entering the room. It turned out most of them were unfounded. The hotel is reasonably clean and maintained, with good facilities such as espresso machine with free capsules. There is no every day cleaning service, which is to be expected in an apart hotel. The hotel is not four star, but this is normal in France - you should always subtract one star from local hotels. The important thing is that they are part of a hotel chain which keeps a good quality in its establishments unlike most of the local independent hotels. Location is perfect, only 8 min walking from Opera Garnier with plenty of good restos around.

They could put a little more effort in maintenance, like painting worn out corners. It is not terrible, but it is easy to repair and would show attention.

The location was fantastic and the staff we met were lovely. The apartment was clean and we liked the opportunity to access the linen/towels without having the rooms cleaned.

I think the price for 4 nights was really high for what we had - the apartment was tiny. We stayed here many years ago and had a fabulous apartment hence our disappointment this stay.

The location is great. Very friendly staff. Good amenities in the room. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bed.

We took the apartment, too small to put a crib in the bedroom. This should have been notified. Also, 5 nights didn't include any cleaning, it would come at an additional cost, I think 5 days is too much.

The staff are superb from check-in, during our stay and check-out. Jasmala, Cecilia and Said we’re légendary.Jasmala and her welcoming smile and hospitality set us up for a wonderful stay and trip. Letting us check-in early after a long flight was truly appreciated. Her assistance made our stay memorable. Cecilia went above and beyond to assist me even though it was late at night with my “ laundry” issues. Said and his genuine smile and connection at check-out send us off to a memorable last impression.

The water pressure on the shower was not as strong as we preferred it to be.

The location is great, we got a very quiet and comfy room. Galleries Lafayette is 10 min walk, Louvre 20 min and a good bakery just around the corner. The staff is very helpful and professional. We definitely stay at the Citadines text time when we come to Paris

This was probably our favourite accommodation our of our whole 4 week European trip. Massive room, excellent location, very friendly staff. The free coffee machine downstairs was amazing as was the cold filtered water machine. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the main area on the first night so our kids slept a little hot but reception did come up and try to fix it, with no luck. They had their maintenance man come the next morning to sort it while we were out, so we came back in the afternoon to a wonderfully chilled room.

The premises were very nice and convenient (underground parking lot, laundry room, appartment like suite, etc). For quiet room, ask for a room/ suite with court or patio view vs. street view, especially for lower floors. The staff we had at check in was very service oriented and accommodating. Thank you for that. Staff for check out was ok.

The breakfast room is nice but small. The breakfast buffet was very basic for a 18 euro fare. The coffee from the coffee machine was horrendous. But they are plenty of other places to go to for breakfast (seat in or take out) within a max 200m (650 ft) radius from the hotel as well as filter coffee machine and kettle in the suites.
