The staff were really friendly & attentive. The location was excellent. Not smack-bang in the centre of Paris, but not on the outskirts either - a very neat, peaceful in-between. Great to have Parc Monceau 5 minutes down the road as well as a good variety of cafes, restaurants, shopping and the subway.

Though there is an elevator, it lands between floors and guests must either walk up or down the stairs for half a floor. Heavy suitcase carriers must beware. The rooms are VERY cosy - just enough to crack open 2 large suitcases.

The apartment is pleasant and compact, conveniently located near the metro and bus station as anticipated.

I'm not sure if it's good or bad, but our room was cleaned without our permission while we were out. We had a few expensive things on the table, and the 12 Euros breakfast was not worth it at all.

Room was great and we paid a little extra for an upgraded room and earlier access which was great to refresh after a very long flight before we started to explore Paris Very close to metro station

Lift was very small for luggage but okay You had half a flight of stairs to get to your floor level

Fantastic location, lovely residential neighbourhood by Parc Monceau, easy to walk to all main attractions and Champs Elysées, Concorde, via Tuileries to the river Seine. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, Very clean, tidy, with style and modern facilities Quiet room, very comfortable bed and bedding, fantastic bathroom and shower.

Location and staff were great! The room was clean, bed very comfortable. Coffee in room was nice. The room size is typical for Europe. Eiffel Tower was about a 20-25 minute walk and Arc de Triomphe about 15 minutes. We would stay here again.

The staff were excellent 👌 everything was professional and courteous. The location was fantastic and we felt at home. Would definitely come back. The hotel was really clean and most likely freshly renovated

There was a teeny tiny bit of mould on the shower ceiling, but it was so minuscule that it might have been a new thing

Location was excellent for cafes and sightseeing tours. Clean room and lift availability plus 24 hr reception which came in handy for our late flight in and also an early morning departure.

The position is very good, a few minutes from the Metro station and at walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Absolutely overpriced, but we went during the Olympics, so we expected it. I suppose prices will come down after the Games.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean (although small) and quiet at night and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent on a smaller street in a residential area, but with shops, cafés and the metro around the corner.

The only negative thing was some noise in the stairwell early one morning, it sounded like staff talking.

The hotel was very well positioned for the metro, it was very clean and tidy and was a great base. Breakfast was a great continental selection. The staff were lovely and friendly.
