The rooms were very comfortable and clean.We visited in winter, and really appreciated the central heating. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they managed to arrange our rooms for us immediately. The hotel was also ideally located right opposite a tram line which was really convenient. We also loved having a Francprix and middle-eastern take away next door, for late evening binges.

The room was a little small, but I think those are the standard sizes of the rooms generally all over Paris.It would probably be advisable to carry less luggage or smaller suitcases.

The hotel has a great location: there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as local grocery stores. One of the biggest advantages is that there is a subway right next door, so you can easily get to the city center. We also used their private underground parking and were completely delighted with it. All in all, a great choice of hotel. The room was always clean, the staff were friendly and willing to help you, good location and freshly renovated.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and seems quite newly refurbished rooms. We had windows facing the street and still it was quiet when the windows were closed (there is also AC). Well-connected by public transport. Overall, all you need for a short stay in Paris. Quite easy transportation to Roland Garros for instance. Someone always at the reception even if you are coming later in the evening.

Daoud was especially helpful in suggesting restaurants, giving tips for the Metro, and helping us with our bags. Breakfast was very good - there was a wide variety of offerings. A grocery store and bakery were close by. Rooms were small but comfortable, and we didn't spend much time there anyway.

No chairs, just padded stools.

It was clean and the beds sooo comfortable. The person at the front desk we met our first day was very friendly and always had a smile and great recommendations. The hotel served a continental breakfast for Euro 15 which was worth it. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but is lively. The shops, bars and other amenities are literally a stone throw away. Best of all, access to public transport is only a short walk from the hotel (Bus, Tram, Train)

Bathroom was abit tiny but it was clean and functional

The hotel offers an good location, making it easy to explore the city's main attraction, however, pubic transportation still is needed. The accommodation are comfortable, and the staff is welcoming. ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

While the hotel itself was comfortable and the service was excellent, I found the distance to the main attractions to a bit long, especially if you o not like walk or are with small kids.

Nice staff, surprisingly good breakfast. AC worked well, proper shower and proper linen. Value for money is fair.

Even though chosen to be near Roland Garros and being very convenient with public transport, did not love the location but that’s personal! Room and bed is small, tall ppl (>180 cm) would be aware that - like most hotels in Paris! - beds are shorter than 200 cm and rooms compact.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is superb and the breakfast is plentiful. Saturdays and Sundays, there's a great French book fair nearby. The wifi is extraordinary! The bathroom is comfortable and the hot water is fast.

The hotel is a bit far from Paris sights. It's accessible by tram and metro, but you spend 30-50 minutes getting anywhere you want to sightsee. The hotel should add some wall hooks for coats, hats, and scarves. The closet is tiny.

During our recent business trip, we stayed at the Clarisse Hotel, which has a perfect location for our needs. The room was cosy and clean but, unfortunately, we faced a problem with noise due to the nearby heating machine. A very friendly staff member solved the situation by changing our room to a quieter one. We appreciate his concern, quick response, and effective solution to the problem. If we ever return to Paris, we undoubtedly choose Clarisse Hotel again.
