The location was perfect — a charming, quiet central neighborhood near the Louvre, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself is stylish and modern, set in a historic building. My room was incredible, with a balcony that made the experience even more special. Even the water pressure in the shower on the 7th floor was surprisingly strong — something that genuinely impressed me. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional throughout my stay. I truly don’t think I could have found a better hotel for this price in Paris.

The room was quite small — as is common in most Paris hotels. The air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the room cool during the hottest summer days, even though I kept it running 24/7 in early June. For several days, my elevator card didn’t work, which negatively affected my overall experience, and unfortunately, none of the staff were able to resolve the issue. There’s only one elevator, so in the mornings it was quite difficult to get down from the 7th floor with luggage.

I only had two breakfasts during my stay, both were very different. Great choice, great variety, all fresh and nicely presented. The lift was broken during my stay. The staff were really helpful in explaining and apologising for any inconvenience. What a great thing it was to have a second lift.

It was not made clear how to access the pool. I suggest that when guests check in they are told that when they have booked the pool, a member of staff will deliver the pool access card will be delivered to their room. It worked well when I knew what to do.

The hotel is brand new with super nice design! Really a nice location for public transport, but you can reach almost everything by walking.

I booked a double room with balcony and it was on the second floor. The balcony in the pictures is the one on the deluxe room. The balcony on the second floor was not worth booking if you want it just for the view- because there is no view. It was my birthday during our stay, and I usually get a note or a sweet candy in my room. But this hotel just ignored it. It is the little things that make the difference…

Location was convenient, staff was very friendly, the beds are comfy, rooms are renovated, although a bit small. All the things we needed were provided upon request. The best part of the hotel is the staff. A special thanks to Yuri, who was kind and helpful.

The windows facing the street let the noise come inside. Even at night it was not very quiet. Also, it would be nice to have at least one chair in the room with the balcony. Some improvements might be made in the future.

We enjoyed our stat at the Hotel Filigrane. The room, though small, was very clean and very well appointed. The shower was excellent as were all the linens. The bath robes and slippers were a nice touch. The hotel is quiet so you sleep uninterrupted. The sites of Paris were easily reached by the metro or taxi. The hotel is about 20 yards from the Passage Verdeau, that full of restaurants and shops.

The room was small but that seems to be common in Paris so don't let it bother you.

The location was wonderful...close to the metro, and a quick walk to the Louvre - and to most places really. The bed was so comfortable - best nights sleep I've had in a hotel in a very long time. The hotel itself was beautiful - a lot of lovely details. It was a wonderful visit.

I can't say there was much of anything to dislike at all. The only thing that would be a nice addition would be a mini-fridge in the room to store beverages or any cool items purchased.

The location was perfect as it was near lots of busy streets, restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They helped with information, luggage, and even helped with a phone charger issue by supplying a new charger.

We booked and paid for a hotel room with more space through this website bookings.com but the room we had was a standard room.

Rooms are small but comfortable and nice. No minibar or little fridge. Balconies are very small and we expected at least a couple of small chairs to be able to sit, but that was not possible.

We had an amazing stay at this new and modern hotel. The interior was modern and nice, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. You can book the swimming pool privately which was very nice. You get a lot of value for money at this hotel.

Breakfast could have a bit more offerings.
