I appreciated the warm welcome, and was happy to have the beautiful outdoor area to read my book. The bed was large, the room was well equipped! Thank you for the bottle of water and complimentary tea bags.

The doors close very loudly and oter guests kept letting their door slam very late at night. From 11pm-1am I could not sleep because of this

Had 3 rooms booked; allowed us to check into one early to drop luggage and freshen up after travel. Housekeeping staff very accommodating when we needed a bed change due to an ice pack leaking. Rooms average size for Paris but still very small. Air conditioning worked great Nice back patio with tables & chairs. Felt safe in area. Large Metro station 5 minute walk away. Many food options within 5-10 min walk, convenient, small grocery store 100 yards away. Did not take breakfast, so cannot comment on it.

Room doors are extremely heavy, making it difficult to get in/out with luggage. Shower enclosure only 2/3 so floor gets very wet. No fridge in room to store medication or cold drink

Very quiet, nice facilities, rooms overlooking the garden or having views of trees. Sheets are wonderful. Great breakfast buffet. Attentive staff. Close to Gare Montparnasse but on a very quiet street. There is a small grocery store across the street. You can breakfast out in the garden. Close to rue Gaite and Montparnassse Cemetery, which is a great place to walk through.

Don't like paper cups. Nepresso coffee pods would be nicer than instant coffee. Closet was way too small-no place to put folded clothes or even anything to put the suitcase on. They didn't check my room until late afternoon , when I was back in the hotel room. You had to walk a bit to find cafes or restaurants, as there weren't cafes on the actual street.

Very nice location, away from the very cliché touristic part of the city. Here you can actually feel the parisian vibe. There are quite a few notable locations around the hotel (under 10min walk) - at least: 2 very good restaurants, 2 cafés, 3 boulangeries, 2 epiceries. The room was nice, with a view in the interior garden. The bed was big and the mattress cozy. Cleaning was done daily and properly. The bathroom has an actual door, not a sliding one (that you see in many Paris hotels). Reception 24/7, very accommodating.

Lovely clean double room with balcony overlooking internal garden courtyard. Great location & within walking distances of two metro stations. Lots of restaurants & supermarkets, chemists etc close by. Staff were very helpful. If we come back to Paris, we'd definitely stay here again. The area was quiet yet lots of restaurants close by. 15 mins walk to the busier Montparnasse area. We also found people very helpful in general, in this area.

The hotel states it has a bar but when we enquired one evening, we were told that since Covid, they don't stock alcohol. This seemed strange. We mentioned this to another staff member the following night & he told us they had red & white wine. This should be clearer on their website as our experience was unclear. Room should have had fridge if alcohol wasn't available on site. There didn't seem to be any breakfast options for vegetarians or specific dietary needs. Front of hotel is undergoing works & the supermarket right next door is closed. It doesn't look very welcoming but inside was very nice.

Great location, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was great, had a balcony which was lovely plus there is a good size outdoors space downstairs. Tea & coffee also a great bonus.

Would be useful if there was undercover bike storage in the outdoor space - would make it easier to bring own bike and leave it outside. Did not want to leave my bike bag out there in case of rain. Space is very very good and could easily accommodate an undercover / lockable area.

A small boutique hotel in the Montparnasse region of Paris, very near the TGV train station heading West and South. For us this was perfect as we had an early morning train to catch. The room was small as many places in Paris are, was clean and comfortable and had a private bathroom. The place was close to many eating establishments. Our flight to Paris arrived early in the morning but they let us store luggage until we could check in. We walked all around Paris that day until my legs could go no longer so we took a metro straight back to the hotel. The desk staff was very friendly and that evening when we told her our mission for that day in Paris, she was so enamored with the story that she gave us a free buffet breakfast. Normally there was a charge for Breakfast which requires a reservation. Would recommend especially if you have train connections. Do not know about parking as we arrived from the airport by UBER.

For what we needed it was fine.

one of the rooms, which i was told was the biggest room, had windows facing a gorgeous tree. it was so peaceful. And because there was a second door - an antechamber to the room, the sounds from the hallway and elevator did not disturb the kids while they slept. Well designed and peaceful and great to have coffee in the room and replenished daily. sweet courtyard!

Some staff were lovely and others cranky. Of course best when all are friendly. the rooms are very small so the availability to order an extra bed for family sleeping is a bit absurd since there's no where to put it.

Great access to many restaurants and modes of transport including the main train station and metro. Very helpful staff. The room was small, but neat and functional. Great air conditioning which helped with the heat wave They gave three rooms right next to each other with helped lots

The morning reception staff person was excellent, extremely helpful. Taught me to use the metro system. Was very patient.

The evening reception staff person was always on the phone, even when I needed his help, he stayed on the phone. I felt like I was bothering him. This occurred on both nights I was there.
