The room was modern yet compact, which suited us because we were only ever there to rest and sleep. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a coffee machine with some tea beverages too. The hotel is located just next to the underground metro, with another main line nearby. Just over 20 minute walk straight up the main road to the Eiffel Tower, with local supermarket, restuarants and bars, it's a good location for a few days in Paris. The perfect balance of being in a key area but not having too much going on around you at the same time. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday, and the staff at the hotel were very warm and accomodating - they were faultless and we really appreciated their kindness.

Some sounds did make their way through the window, like cars, bin lorries or people generally loud on the street passing by; however, it didn't cause a major disturbance. We received two bottles of water in the room on arrival, but these weren't replenished after this, so it would have been nice to have this. Generally no major concerns.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfy and very quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room which doubled as a kettle for tea. Continental style breakfast was very nice and plenty of it. Lots of choices. Excellent location literally just outside the metro station and 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel tower, but in a very quiet tree lined street. Lots of really nice cafés and restaurants very close to the hotel. You can't see the Eiffel tower from the hotel but you can from just around the corner.

I would have preferred a normal kettle rather than the coffee machine. It was awkward to use and to fill.

The location was perfect as we were 20 min away from the Eiffel tower and the train station. There was a metro station down the hotel too. It was in a residential area which felt very safe at night. There were lots of bakeries , cafe and restaurants within 15 min walks. The staff was pleasant and polite. The hotel was modern and clean too.

The room was tiny with just space to walk around the bed. There was a constant noise of water running which came from the bathroom. We could also hear people upstairs and the cars from outside ( however there was not much traffic and it was overall quiet at night).

Small hotel, very well located (especially if you are attending meetings at UNESCO), very comfortable. You have almost everything you need. Nice staff.

Something I don't like - and is not exclusive of this hotel - is the fact that they place in your bathroom or room the announcement about helping the environment by reusing your towels (or sheets). And even if you do what they say - leave the towel hanging if you don't want it change, they change it! So why bother with the sustainability commitment if it is not going to be upheld? I even left a note to say don't change my towels and still they were changed. I work for a nature conservation organisation so this is not something I condone.

A hidden gem in Paris. 2nd time at this hotel, and as requested they gave me the same room, on the top floor. Room is cosy but perfect and bathroom has a big walk-in shower. Hotel was quiet and no other rooms could disturb us. Only sound was the Metro going underneath, which we loved! Segur Metro station is right outside and Sevres Lecoubre just 2 minutes away, so easy to get across Paris and also safe walking distance to the hotel at night. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was chaos, one lady serving who didn't speak English (my fault for not having conversational French) but it meant simple things like a hot cup of tea were really difficult to sort out.

The location is incredible- right outside a metro station, and just a short walk away for the Eiffel Tower!!! It felt like a very safe neighbourhood, and seemed not too busy or touristy compared to other areas. The staff here are exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The rooms are on the smaller size, but they are very cosy, nicely decorated and also really clean- the bed was also super comfortable!! The breakfast had various options available, a typical French selection. We only tried the pastries due to personal tastes, but these were extremely yummy. I would highly recommend this hotel, and know for a fact that when we go back to Paris we will choose to stay here again!!

'Cosy' hotel which was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Lovely selection at breakfast.

We asked 3 different receptionists for assistance with the room safe. We never got it working. One said "I'll be there in 5 minutes" (we're still waiting). Another one said not to worry because the chamber maid won't steal anything. No overhead light in our bedroom so the room was very dim. Great for 'atmosphere' but not when trying to do anything. The hair dryer was very slow. I'd suggest taking your own.

Location was very good , not very crowded. Very calm and peaceful place with a lot of restaurants and cafe space, metro station. Staff were friendly .

In our room beds were separated, but gathered and covered . Our family needed one double mattress, double bed. It is very difficult to sleep with baby there. View from 205 room was very bad . But view from 202 room was nice. 👍 Staff has no details about tourist’s information , has no interesting offers or special partnerships with tourist’s companies.

Good location, clean linen and a bathroom. good restaurants and supermarkets within 3 minute's walk. You can keep your luggage before check-in or before check-out.

A bit noisy from the street. Also, I suppose that it would be cold there during autumn and winter ->The windows weren't very well sealed, and I felt a draft coming in. They don't provide water after the first night. Don't have a fridge. From time to time, you can hear underground. You might hear the sound of the subway from time to time, and the walls are thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbours.

Hotel was lovely, room was perfect, bathroom great size, bed was comfy, lovely view of the street out the window, made me feel very thankful each morning waking up. Can pay extra for breakfast at the property but there is a little bakery across the street and we ventured there every morning to plan the day! Has a small bar, a sitting area in reception and an area with a computer. All very well decorated. Clean and tidy. Safe in room easy to use. Hairdryer, a good one at that. BRILLIANT stay!!

NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL BUT - there was a smell of the drainage every now and again, nothing over powering and when you put the shower on for a while it got rid of it. The shower door was broken so had to lift it to open but was manageable.
