I stayed in this hotel twice and I recommend it for its location as it is close to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. Public transport also allow a good connection all over the city as well as outside Paris.

The basic room is 9 m2. This is really too little for two people. Two years ago, I stayed in a slightly larger room for the same price, booked under the same terms. I think they changed the room pricing. I used to consider this hotel great for the quality/price ratio, but now I am disappointed.

Everything nearly perfect. When we booked, we couldn't find elsewhere a cheaper accomodation for the same quality level, so we can say excellent value for money. Safe location, close to the Gare of Austerliz, therefore good for easily reaching every destination. It is about 2KM far from Notre Dame, but the walk along the Seine through the Jardin botanique Tino Rossi is an amazing surprise, in the evening there is music and young people everywhere. Hotel service is great! The water boiler in the room is a plus and each day they refill with coffee, tea and a little pack of biscuits. Clean new towels each day. The room is little, but the window also in the bathroom makes it special. We weren't interested to the breakfast, so we much appreciated the option to choose and pay only the room.

Our room was in front of the road, Boulevard de l'Hopital (Gare d'Austerlitz) and it can be noisy in the night. Not a problem for us indeed (you get very tired visiting Paris, so in the night you spleep also with bombs outside).

Modern, clean room. Comfortable bed. Very good location with a mini market, restaurants and a mc Donald's nearby. Also nearby the metro station and a 5 minute walk from the RER train station. The room had a kettle and also some tea and coffee packets. Hand soap, shower and shampoo and body lotion were also provided in the room. The paid breakfast buffet was worth the price, had a moderate selection of items and it was tasty. Overall the hotel was totally worth it for a 2 night stay

The room is pretty small! For 2 people is a little difficult to have 2 suitcases and be able to walk around comfortably. The bathroom although it was clean and beautifuly decorated, had a very strange layout: the shower and the toilet were in a room closed with just a glass door and the sink was OUTSIDE of this room, essentially closer to the bed. We found very inconvenient the fact that if you use the toilet you have to open the glass door, exit the bathroom and then go to the sink and wash your hands. I thought that was something worth pointing out. Also the soundproofing of the room isn't the best but it was bearable. Lastly, be mindful that because there is a hospital close by there are a lot of ambulance's sirens ringing and that's kind of annoying

The location is perfect! At the Quartier Latin where there are lots of nice bars, restaurants and other entertainments in Paris. The bed is comfortable. The room and the bathroom are clean. And we were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready! :D

The receptionist could be nicer and more friendly. The receptionist could not say my name properly! This lady must practice English more! On the day we checked out, the guy greeted my partner with my family name!! NO!! My partner and I have different family name!! This guy also need to practice English more often!!!! We could hear our neighbour and door banging at night.

It just stand by METRO station Supermarket is right next to it it's very reasonable price with good facility

I like this hotel because it is inexpensive and close to the train station which I often use for travel. While the room was very small, which is rather common in Paris, it was very comfortable and recently updated with modern style. The bed was fairly soft and I enjoyed that. The staff is super friendly and being able to store my luggage after check-out at noon until I took my train 5 hours later was super handy. Another plus is the Britta water dispenser near the lobby, a nice touch.

The shower stall was extremely small but I was fine with it ... just a note to more opulent travelers that it might be a tight fit!

The location is excellent, just in front of the Austerlitz train station, and 10 meters from the metro stations number 5 and 10. Distance from Orly airport by metro, lines 14+7+5: 35 minutes!!!!! By the hotel there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and 50 meters from it it's the very nice park Jardin de Plants. The room was very nice, very modern, very clean, the bathroom is separated from the wc, elegant and functional. The staff is very helpy and professional.

Everything was excellent!

the location and the cozy environment. It is just in front of Gare d’Austerliz, and the metro that gets you everywhere you need to go. It is a few minutes away from the Latin quarter. There are restaurants right outside of the hotel, as well as a McDonald’s and a small boulangerie where you can buy freshly baked pastries. The neighborhood felt also very safe, next to a residential area. The staff was also kind and the places were neat.

room was a bit small, however it had everything that you could need, as well as a closet to store everything so that you have room to move around.

OK, the room is small. Think Tokyo salaryman's hotel. Think a bit larger than a train sleeper compartment. But the room is well laid out and even manages to squeeze in a working desk. For one person, one bag, and a double bed, I had no problem moving around. Anything more would have been a challenge. Breakfast for 12EUR has a big variety, including charcuteries, cheese and boiled eggs. But you could easily grab a pastry and coffee nearby. The neighborhood is great. The Jardin des Plantes, the natural history museum within, and the Great Mosque are lesser-known Paris attractions but are fantastic and just next door. The Seine is a couple blocks away, with a major train station on each bank. There's a string of ~10 food establishments right next to the hotel. There is construction for the metro and train station across the street so one day it will be even easier to get around. But there is a lot within walking distance.

Not sure they needed to split the bathroom but maybe the plumbing was tricky. My shower had very low water pressure but everything else flowed well. I had a short stay and didn't fuss but I'm sure they could have fixed it.

Very pleasant, clean room. Wonderful staff. Great location right across the street from Gare d'Austerlitz. Next door to huge botanical gardens + museums. Loads of restaurants right on the street. Safe neighborhood, easy walk to center of town (if you like to walk!).

My room was quite small BUT I got a small room. Some are bigger -- check first. The breakfast was not great -- go to one of the cafes right outside the door.
