Wonderful guidance and welcome from dear Sylvie. Spotlessly clean house with delicious packed basic breakfast items, coffee and tea were available throughout our stay. Excellent location to explore beautiful Paris either by all means of public transport or on foot. Available and working elevator is a blessing in Paris and this place has it! Very secure and elegant surrounding. Comfy beds and sufficient amenities to use in the bathroom. Strongly recommended cozy flat to live and experience Paris and nearby cities.

A cupboard or at least a few more shelves to store clothes or bags might be helpful but not a major issue.

The apartment is in a perfect location, walking distance from Ile de la Cité. It is very quiet, has an elevator, very rich selection of breakfast items, comfortable beds and is very clean.

The check-in experience was awful. The worst I have ever had. From the moment I booked I was bombarded with messages asking my exact arrival time. I finally let them know what time my plane was supposed to land, and the check-in lady only allotted us a half-hour window to meet her and receive the keys. The plane was half an hour late, and she insisted that she only that specific time free. She was also unbelievably rude in all her comments. We managed to arrive in the expected timeframe by running, and she still complained. Considering her job is to be welcoming and flexible, I would say she failed. An automated check-in would be much, much better.

This apartment was in a fantastic location , well equipped, excellent customer relations by SYLVIE who was a very lovely lady.

Clearer instructions of the disposal of rubbish should be written in the instruction folder.

We really liked the apartment and location, close to many restaurants, metro, etc. The studio is very pretty, well maintained, and equipped, located in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is big enough for a family of 4 people. There is not too much storage, but not a problem for us and the 4 carry-on bagages. Sylvie and Bernard were very welcoming, and it was easy to communicate with them. Definitely, we'd like to go back next time.

The building is located on the river Seine, but the studio overlooks “les toits de Paris”. Sixth floor, with an elevator. Very easy to find, 10-15 minutes walk from metro stations Bastille or Austerlitz, and there is one more station between them, just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Sorbonne university, Panthéon, Opéra Bastille - all are in walking distance from the property. Communication with the landlord was easy, mostly by WhatsApp. Studio itself is cute, one queen size bed and an expandable sofa, comfortable enough for a few days long city break. There is a kitchenette in the same space, well equipped, including a dish washer and a washing machine, washing tablets too. The breakfast was quite modest. Food for the whole period of stay is already there when you check in. For our 4-days stay, we were given two liters of milk, two liters of juice, and unlimited amount of coffee, tee, different types of corn flakes, and a lot of rusk. There are a few supermarkets in the neighborhood though. All in all I would recommend this studio to short stay travelers. Good value for money compared to the other Paris properties with astronomical prices.

A proper closet is missing, there was one in the entrance corridor, but certainly not big enough and not well organized for four people, so we had to keep most of our stuff in the suitcases.

A modern, clean, well-stocked apartment with a much needed washing machine. Lovely double bed and a pull out sofa bed for the boys was great. The overhead fan was a great comfort and, again, much needed in the warm Parisienne summer.

It was a bit too far out of central Paris for us but we live and learn.

Great location by the Seine next to metro and train stations. Secure and quiet building. The apartment is fully equipped. Excellent host, Sylvie was very friendly and helpful and even provided some milk and juice for our breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.

Excellent housekeeper with good communication who was there as promised when we arrived. Apartment was immaculate. There was a fan which was quite helpful in Paris summer. Breakfast was fine though so many good boulangeries and cafes around we mostly used those. Location is fantastic to be able to walk along either bank of the Seine to most of the central areas of Paris - or a short hop on the metro

It was hard to make the place really dark though there were blinds but really everything was great

There were plenty of toasted sliced bread, jars of cereal, orange juice, milk, jam, variety of coffee, tea, nesquik….. The kitchen was very well organized with all the necessary utensils. The room was extremely clean, simple but beatifully decorated. Bed was also very comfortable. Wifi connection was super. I loved the neighborhood, just by the Seine however not very crowded with tourists, 10 minutes walk to Gare de Lyon where you can take a 30 minute train ride to Eurodisney by paying only 5 euro. Close to very classy french restaurants such as Bofinger. You can walk to many tourist attractions, museums as well as hip neighborhood Le Marais with all the lovely boutiques and cafes/ boulangeries. In addition all of these Slyvie was extremely helpful from the beginning of our reservation. She was on the flat waiting for us with a big smile and gave us all the information we needed. Definitely I would like to come back again. We felt like we were staying as in our own house. Thank you very much…..
