The location was really good, as we went by train and close to the Gare de Nord station, also with very good local transport options and convenient for mostly anything . The staff was friendly and efficient. More than above average clean and very comfortable for a little room. The breakfast was very good too. The facilities were compact and practical. Nice to have the cooler for your own beverages and snacks. Smart.

The air conditioning seemed a bit aged and was at most sufficient, but a bit weak to tangle with the now usual hot extremes of the summer. We would appreciate a cooler room, specially when staying in a small one. The sliding bathroom door was fancy and elegant but mostly translucent, thus a noticeable bother for your spouse when using it in the middle of the night.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed the location, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station with direct connections to Charles de Gaulle Airport, as well as metro and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and most major attractions are within walking distance. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Everything was great!

The location was excellent! We were able to take the train straight from the airport to the Gare du Nord station, then walk 6 - 8 minutes to the hotel. After a long day of airport/plane travel, this was such a relief. About 9 - 11 minutes away, you can also walk to Gare de L'est station. The staff is also super friendly and speak excellent English. They provided great tips and advice if you needed it. They made the experience so much more welcoming and wholesome! The room was small, which is typical and expected in Paris, but clean.

Not much to complain about at all. There is a mini-fridge but no microwave so we always tried to finish our food while we were out or take home foods that didn't require it to be heated up. There was also an issue with the shower leaking out into the bathroom tiles. However, house staff always did a great job with cleanup.

Clean, modern and pretty cute room, every details had been carefully thought to make you feel comfortable. Late check in without a worry and check out until midday, cant ask for better really! And then, comes the astonishing vue that makes this place exceptional . Watching the sunset on Sacré Coeur, the Eiffel tower and on roofs of the city is breathtaking, couldnt stop taking photos. … and In term of prices, well i m glad i could afford a couple of nights stay and i sincerely recommend it.

Stayed here just for one night. Quite a basic hotel but more than adequate for what we needed. Was clean and comfortable. Hotel on a really busy road, but did not particularly notice traffic noise. Lovely friendly team of staff and the luggage storage came in handy. Close to so many cafes and restaurants and to both the train stations we needed (Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord). Would stay here again.

Rooms are small (but you know that in advance) and layout a bit weird that you can be sat on the toilet literally inches from your mate's head (albeit through a door)

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord station to catch the early morning eurostar to London. The reception was clean and welcoming, staffed by friendly and efficient staff. The room was great and we could see Sacré Coeur from the open window of our room! We were upgraded to a family room at no extra cost. The room was well equipped, newly refurbished and clean. Value for money in such a central location was great.

My original room choice was a room overlooking the internal courtyard because I was worried about traffic noise from what is a major parisian road, but the room upgrade was to a front facing room so, although the room facilities were better, I found the traffic noise disturbed my sleep. My wife didn't have a problem with the noise! We would be happy to return to the hotel again but I will try a room at the back next time.

This hotel is one of my favorite accommodations when traveling in Paris. Its location is conveniently close to Gare du Nord train station, making it easy to travel to other attractions. The rooms are clean, the facilities meet my needs, and the hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay and highly recommend this property.

Reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. They made a great recommendation for dinner at Brasserie Riviera just around the corner - we had a delicious meal! The hotel room was very clean, the bedding and towels were prestine, the coffee in the room was rather potent, but lovely. Decor was lovely, we had a family suite with a shower and bath. We'd definitely recommend it again. The rooms were a decent size by Paris standards and we could see the Sacre Couer from our room. 100% lovely stay

Very conveniently located for the Eurostar. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Room was compact but modern and well-designed with everything I needed. I liked how everything was designed into the wall units, including ample charging points, a TV, a kettle point and shelves around the bed to put things on. The bed was comfortable. I was in Paris for two nights to see the Paralympics and this met my accommodation needs very well for a good price.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but I left very early anyway and there was a good bakery a few doors down. There was some noise from the corridor during the night as the walls were thin, and the window covering was a bit see-through. The lift was slow and the staircase felt very sparse.

Location, comfort, cleanliness They say room is small, it was perfect size for us. Room facing busy road therefore noisy, once the windows closed you hear nothing so it wasn’t noisy for us. Spotless clean, coffee, tea, biscuits in the room every morning. Little fridge very handy. Very comfortable bed! Honestly, we didn’t have any problems with this hotel at all. Thank you for tidying our room every day and changing towels!❤️

Only small things, not even something that we particularly disliked. The hose of shower head was leaking and the hairdryer will never dry your hair as it is not strong enough. Again, these didn’t ruin our stay:-) The only thing that I would like to mention is staff strange behaviour about the payment that they didn’t find in the system then asked us to contact booking.com. Well, once I had the proof to show them they should have contacted booking not me. I also have to mention that apart from this strange start, they were all very nice, kind and lovely people as you could read in previous feedback. So no hard feelings at all:-)
