The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was top-notch—every day they changed our towels and made the bed, even when we didn’t request it. I asked for a surprise birthday bash for my partner as well as something special for our anniversary, and the team absolutely delivered. They truly went above and beyond—what an incredible group of people! Breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of choices, and the fresh juices were overflowing. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them with excellent service throughout our stay. The location is also ideal—just a few steps from Metro Line 4, with a tram stop right in front and buses around the corner. The area felt very safe, even when walking outside late at night. I totally recommend this place and will definitely come back whenever I get the chance!

The location of the hotel could not be better, from clean, wide streets, full of wating options, flower shops, quaint cafes it was incredible. The metro line 4, being almost on your doorstep made commuting so easy. We took the train everywhere, even with loads of luggage to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My one request was to have adjoining rooms, which unfortunately they did not have, but they ensured that we had rooms directly next to each other, which I appreciated so much.

The noisy AC unit and the incredibly small bathroom, and the shower missing a door. Nore however if this was all that was available for me to have a room close to my kids rooms...I am ok with that as being close to them was my number 1 priority.

Air con wasn't working in our room but the staff provided a fan which helped The toilet wasn't the best with stains in the bottom and we ran out of shower gel. We left a note to the cleaner but still no shower gel. I had some so wasn't a problem for us really and I'm sure if I asked at reception they would've sorted it. We could've done with a fridge for our water and milk and it was a little odd that the safe wasn't screwed down and it could be lifted and carried off. Apart from these little nit picks the room was lovely.

Room The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, with all facilities. On the bed, the tourist finds a welcome note and candy. In the room there is a coffee maker, etc., a fridge with drinks, a very large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower and normal shower and is fully equipped (shampoo, soap, shampoo, etc.). Location The hotel is located in a quiet place, a few meters from the metro and bus and tram stations. Nearby there are shops, bistros, pizzerias, whose prices are much lower than in the tourist areas. At two tram stations, every weekend an antiquities market is organized (porcelain, paintings, crystals, etc.) with affordable prices

Everything was very good. I was very pleased. The staff is extremely kind and does everything possible to help.

Had the most pleasant stay at this hotel and can’t find any faults. Upon checking in, the lady at reception was welcoming and friendly. Check in took less than 5 minutes. My room was exactly as advertised- perfect for solo travel and even for two people. Bed and pillows are very comfortable too. I had a room on the second floor that overlooked the main road, with a little balcony. The room is still nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. Staff are incredibly friendly (including the gentleman at reception) and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel kept my luggage for me on the day of departure as I had a late flight. Hotel is very nicely located with the M4 train station just a short 50m walk away. I will definitely be returning

Well this is well located hotel for someone visiting Paris for the first time....... Literally 2 minutes away from metro lines taking you anywhere in Paris..... The location has good restaurants around and out letshops near by for someone who loves shopping. Good daily room service and great breakfast. I would stay here again...... Great reception service..... Very helpful in directing customers..... Love the maps given at the front desk to explore Paris...... They kept our bags when we arrived before check in time and kept them on check out day when we waited for flight 🥂🥂🥂🥂

The staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly. Lots of little touches like a handwritten welcome card and taking the time to explain the best places to visit in Paris went a long way. It was my partners birthday and they took extra measures to make that really special. The location was perfect. The metro was a minute away and took about 20 minutes to get to all the key tourist spots via metro or bus. The hotel was nice and clean with good amenities. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Few very small issues like our kettle was broken and one of the room lights was broken but nothing major and the kettle was replaced immediately.

We found ourselves running a bit late. A quick call to the hotel eased our concerns, as they assured us that their 24-hour receptionist would be informed of our eta. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of water and a swift, hassle-free check-in. What awaited us in our room was beyond our expectations - it was beautifully adorned with rose petals, a heartfelt card with a touching message, delightful pastries, and plush bathrobes with cozy slippers. This surprise truly showcased the team's dedication to exceeding our expectations. On a Saturday evening, as we sought a charming restaurant for dinner, the gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to find us a suitable place, even considering the late hour. His recommendation led us to a fantastic restaurant that perfectly matched our budget and location preferences. The breakfast at the hotel was a culinary delight, and I highly recommend the delectable potato and egg dishes, as well as the mouthwatering French toast. The hotel's location proved to be ideal, in close proximity to the Couffour shop, a variety of restaurants, and easy access to the metro. The area exuded a sense of safety and charm. Upon check-out, the hotel provided us with a convenient late check-out option, allowing us to leave our luggage in their care. This was particularly helpful as we had a river cruise planned for our last day, and we were able to retrieve our luggage afterward. I would like to express my deep appreciation to Eliana and the entire team for making our stay truly special and unforgettable.

While the cost could have been a bit more budget-friendly, it's important to consider that our stay coincided with the Rugby World Cup, which may explain the slightly higher pricing. Despite this, our overall experience was so exceptional that the cost didn't significantly impact our enjoyment.

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. I liked the idea that you were given your own refillable bottles of water for the your stay. Something rare but that should really be in every hotel: hygienic towels in the lobby toilet, thank you!! When we arrived, there was a personalised welcome note (handwritten) and some little chocolates in the room. All very nice touches that made staying in the hotel a wonderful experience.

The interiors were modern and had a small balcony you can come out to and get a good view of Port d’Orleans. The room was clean and quite spacious although I wished for better pillows. Breakfast was amazing and had a varied selection. The breakfast team was equally amazing. Staff spoke good English and was accommodating with our queries. Location was convenient and only a minute walk away from a metro station (M4). The area felt safe with supermarkets and restaurant options nearby.
