Breakfast with wide choice of good sweet and salty food. Wide room, comfortable and clean. Good quality furniture and devices provided in the room. Really appreciated the possibility to have potable microfiltered water and daily refill of Nespresso caps in the room, included in the price. Good to have fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler and microwave oven in the room. Good comfortable space in the hall and breakfast areas. Staff always present, kind and reliable to support customers. Silent environment. Metro station line 13 right five steps out of the door! And tram line 3a at 100 m distance (good for getting fast connection to train station for the RERB train to CDG airport).

The rental service for power banks for smartphone did not work.

It was clean but cozy at the same time. The kids loved the table with the electronic board game. There was a nice little bar in the hotel lobby where you could take a glass of wine. The breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. The room was quiet. It was the perfect size for two adults and two children 13 and 11 years old.

The clock on the wall in the lobby needs new batteries. I really can’t think of anything serious. I really enjoyed our stay with you. Your staff make a great team.

I recently stayed at this hotel with our family, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to travel to and from the main tourist destinations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. A special shoutout to Mathilde, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her support and accommodating attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. It's rare to come across such attentive and thoughtful service, and Mathilde deserves all the praise. We highly recommend this Novotel to families and travelers looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We'll definitely be returning!

The surrounding areas have limited food options.

The hotel was perfect—just 100 meters from the tram station, and the metro exit at Porte de Vanves leads directly to the hotel’s main entrance. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was wonderful at night. Breakfast was good, with a few nice options available. For the kids, they provided one bed and another rollaway bed that could be tucked under the first one during the day—great for saving space. All the main facilities and attractions in Paris are nearby. A good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay.

Excellent value, kind and helpful staff. Practical breakfast (the sausages were not to my taste though!) that was just right for my family. Good sized room. Metro right out the door, which makes it a lot easier at the end of a tiring day.

They did not have the integrated bathroom despite the request, so we had a separated toilet without a sink. It is a busy season after all, so not a problem. A little issue with the cleanliness with the room initially but the staff were professional and handled it well, which we really appreciated.

Very spacious and at reasonable price. While it is not located very close to Paris main attractions, there is a metro station just outside, thus very convenient. Excellent for families. Credits for having a bath tab and a shower!

Our booking was without breakfast but it costs 20€ per person which feels pricey.

Over the years this has become my favorite hotel when I travel to Paris for work. Not the most central area but the hotel is clean, the room quiet and spacious, and the hotel staff excellent, in particular they always try their best to attend to my requests. Very appreciated.

I would prefer that credit card information not be entered/stored manually (see CNIL communication on this topic). The problem is that when entered manually the information can be stolen quite easily. Most hotels use a bank terminal which make transactions secure, and this hotel should do the same.

The room is very large and comfortable. Just two suggestions: for the two children beds, it would be better the option of a second double-bed or a bunk bed. Kids didn't like the second pull out bed. A larger closet will be more comfortable. The location is perfect, metro station is in front and a bus stop too. It is possible to reach most of the touristic places in 30 minutes. There are two supermarkets and different small but nice restaurants in 500 meters.

The rate/night looks a little bit priced. For a few days the breakfast area was too crowded and tables too closed one to the other, so it was difficult to sit and move around. Buffet offer could be improved.

Spotless with all required IBU amenities. This hotel is pretty well located for those looking for a day out in beautiful Paris. The metro is right on the corner and will take you right to Saint LAZARE for an endless daily shopping. Sustainability is also taken into consideration by avoiding to provide plastic bottles and encouraging guests to use recycled cups. Just wonderful initiatives.

Was expecting more varieties for the breakfast and will give it an average score. Reception staffs will need more OJS trainings on how to handle and talk to guests.

The location was very good, right next to the metro station from where you could go explore all of Paris. The neighbourhood doesn't have much going on although if you search you can find some good places to eat & drink

The fact that the toilet was away from the rest of the bathroom in another side of the room,so you had to go through the room to wash your hands!! But that was not a problem, just odd.
