We were given a corner room that was spacious enough for three people, including the bathroom. The receptionist was available 24 hours a day. The hotel was close to a supermarket and coffee shops. The location was easily accessible by metro and bus, and was near a major train station, making it convenient for traveling to other countries by train.

Minor problem from us, we experienced an issue with the hot water in our room, but after informing the receptionist, it was fixed immediately. Moving forward, it would be appreciated if the hotel could check the facilities thoroughly before guests check in

The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a special invoice I needed, and even emailed it to me after Ieft. It wouldn't have been surprising if they forget about it, but it was right there in my Inbox when I got back home from my trip. The location is great and the room was comfy. The free tea/coffee that comes with the room is more generous than usual, as it includes herbal infusions and decaf coffee, as well as biscuits.

The staff are very polite and kind, the breakfast is very good and has several options, it is well located near the train station and bus stops, our stay was excellent!

The room we stayed in was very small, there wasn't much space to walk around or to put the two 10kg suitcases and backpacks we were carrying, I could imagine it would be much more difficult for someone with large suitcases there

Room for 3 people all single beds very spacious room, clean and smelt great. Close to gare de lyon station about 5 minutes with direct train to Disney land! Which is why we stayed here. All staff were friendly and catered to what we needed. The bathroom had everything we needed, hairdryer was there too. Very wonderful stay thankyou

The shower was very small, we are quite petite ourselves but even so it was small for us. However everything else in the bathroom was very clean.

The location is good, just 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon. There are many restaurants around and they open till late hours. I feel safe walking back to hotel after dark because many restaurants are still open.

The bathroom is really small. It's about 5 feet by 5 feet. The shower is about 28 inches by 28 inches. It takes some skill to use it. The sink is big.

I really liked this hotel! Although I was only here for one night I still really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was walking distance from Gare De Lyon which is a major station in Paris and also close to a bus station. I arrived late in the evening and there was still someone there with a smile to check me in! The room itself was very clean and had a big comfortable bed. The kettle with tea and coffee and a bottle of water was also a nice touch. The staff in the morning were also very friendly and helpful with storing my bags at the hotel. The room was great value for money too and I booked quite last minute! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Paris!

The room was quite small but it’s Paris!?

Staff friendly and welcoming. Good location close to public transport and canal. Bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well (we had a couple of hot days).

Paper cups in room (would have preferred a proper cup and not having to keep asking for new cups ) shower too small and water pressure was bad.

The location was excellent. It had a lift. The staff were exceptional and so helpful. The staff refreshed the room which wasn’t necessary but nice to have.

The room was very small but it wasn’t a big problem as we were out all the time seeing the sights. It didn’t have a fridge in the room which was difficult as we needed one.

Great location ! Room is a bit small hey it’s in Paris and met our budget. Bed was very comfortable and hotel is in quiet location full of restaurants around, it suited us for one night stay to catch Eurostar. Lovely staffs and allowed us to leave suitcases while we explored museums.

Breakfast had no savoury other than cheese and hams, it would be greatly improved in my opinion if there were some chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and such like. Baked beans would've been nice too.
