I was slightly concerned having read some of the reviews online. But the hotel was clean and in a great location. The breakfast was good, the pastries were delicious. The first room we were given the shower was dribbling, there was no pressure, we went to reception and they were great, very helpful and switched our room. My travel adapter broke during my stay and they kindly lent me one until I could go to a shop and purchase another.

The rooms are small, but we didn't spend much time there so it was fine. The coffee at breakfast time wasn't the best. And the hairdryer there was pretty naff. But these are just things to be super picky, we were pretty happy for value for money overall.

The location of the hotel was very close to the train station we arrived at, which made walking through Paris with our luggage much easier! The rooms had very comfortable beds, and the staff members were always great to work with.

The air conditioning was not on for the first few nights of our stay, so our hotel rooms were very hot. The ac came on during our last night at the hotel, and we all slept wonderfully that night! Originally, two of our team members were placed in a room with an extremely small bathroom and shower. The shower was difficult to stand in. We asked if it was possible to switch rooms, and the staff member was very nice and allowed us to move to a room with a nice bathroom.

The location was ideal for us. We needed one night of sleep near Montparnasse station and it was just so easy. The check-in was friendly and exceptionally quick. It was smooth and friendly when we spoke to anyone at reception. Our room was comfortable and bigger than average for Paris. The mattress was comfy, the bathroom was great. Very nice modern air-conditioning unit. I was pleasantly surprised to have a small balcony too. Nice touch to have biscuits with the tea - very welcome.

Some paintwork and edges needed a bit of maintenance. It is an older building so this is somewhat expected. Ceramic cups in the room would be better.

The property was very close to a train/metro station. This particular station was ideal as it had connections to most of the major tourist attractions and things we wanted to do and see.

Everything was in perfect condition. It was a bit small and cramped but is to be expected from Paris and we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Lovely place! Very clean, excellent location across the street from Gare Montparnasse. Beds were comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Generous check in time (2pm) and check out time (12pm). They also offer free luggage storage (our flight arrived very early and that was super helpful). Less than 20 min walk to Luxembourg Gardens too.

Rooms were clean and quiet, well located (we needed the quick access to Montparnasse train station)

We wanted our full trip to be paid for before departure (multiple bookings, flight/ train tickets etc) to only care for sightseeing and fun occupations while in France. Hotel doesn't debit payment before check in (months after the booking was made) by saving credit card details (I never store my payment details on any websites) so it was a really bad surprise not accounted for (because we were in a rush in the months prior to the trip and only went with the booking confirmation without double checking).

The location was great- super close to metro and buses, many good restaurants around. At the hotel everyone were kind and friendly. All was clean and well taken care off. Room was nice in general- the bed was cozy and really comfortable. The price was good as well. Breakfast included in the cost was amazing and delicious-They offered variety of drinks- orange juice, coffee, tea; mini croissants, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, jam & crepes etc. It was very good.

The room I got with my mom was small and it was a little hard to navigate for two people- it was more appropriate for 1. It was kind of cool in the room and bathroom- I think the heat was simply off too early in the season. It was great to sleep but to hang out, it was too chilly.

We stayed in a room with three beds that had two full baths. It was incredible. I mean it was not luxurious, but we knew that going in. It was just perfect for us. Two adults and a teenager. There was a good deal of privacy that we did not expect because the pictures show three beds lined up. Instead, there was one single bed with one full bath with desk and large window that opened to a nice view. The other room had two single beds, a spacious bathroom, a large closet for hanging clothes that had a ice full mirror on the outside, and desk with shelves above for coffee maker. There was a large window with view overlooking the street below. The room was bright and clean and just perfect for our adventurous family of three. The staff were lovely to us. I could not be more happy with our stay and we will definitely stay there again. (So sorry I didn't take pictures!)

The only thing I would change is the lighting. I understand that we live in a "green" world and everyone is trying to save on energy but the lighting situation was bad. I almost went to the Monoprix to buy a lamp. There were not many outlets either so we had to take turns charging our phones. Seems to me the management could put better lightbulbs in and add an extension cord that allows for more charging.

I really like the location of the hotel, it is just in front of Gare de Montparnasse and it is close to many train and bus stations. The room was confortable for a short stay. The staff was kind and helpful

The bathroom is a bit small but enough for a short stay. The breakfast has limited options but it is good

The location is perfect it is a quick walk to the train station very good location if you want to stay in Paris, staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was good air conditioning too I would recommend this hotel
