The rooms were clean and absolutely big enough. It was a bit unfortunate that the breakfastroom in in the cellar, but the breakfast was very good and there was a good variety. All the employees were extremely friendly and always made sure everyone is feeling good and comfortable.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. I searched through dozens of hotels in Paris and I can safely say that Hotel Vendome Opera was the right choice. Room was clean, service throughout our stay was good, and good location (walking distance to everywhere and only 25 to 30 mins to Orly Airport via M14-Madeleine). Also very good sound insulation, even though there were heavy restoration works in the street, little to no noise could be heard in the room. No issues with hot water, shower drainage or any other bathroom facilities. Good performance for the price, a safe choice. Merci beacoup pour tout, salutations de Türkiye.

When we arrived we were greeted by two very lovely staff members and were surprisingly upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. The room wasn’t huge but it was big for Paris standards. We loved the view from the balcony. The bathroom was small, but big at the same time. I personally loved the shower with all the different spray options. Breakfast was unfortunately average with some cereal, bread rolls, eggs and some pastries. Crepes were offered, but only seem to be made when asked and only if the right person was on that day. With only one staff member working the whole kitchen, serving and dining area, things took a while to come out or cleaned up. The eating area is very small, but the hotel footprint is small, so it can be forgiven. It’s a shame because if they only hired one extra person it would make a big difference. The hotel isn’t cheap, but once again it’s Paris. It’s located in a great quiet, safe location with very nice nearby restaurants and cafes and just a few minutes walk to Madeleine Metro station. Has a lift. I would stay again.

I think at least one extra staff member should be hired to help in the breakfast area. It would make things work more smoothly and the cleanup would be quicker. Being Paris, the bread rolls and croissants were unfortunately sub par.

lOVELY HOTEL. gREAT STAFF, VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. rOOM HAD GREAT AMENITIES BUT RATHER SMALL. qUIET. tERRIFIC LOCATION. bREAKFAST ROOM WAS AMAZING AND THE SELECTION WAS AMAZING ALSO. vERY NICE AREA. cLOSE TO THE SHOPPING AREA AND DEPARTMENT STORES AND RESTAURANTS. fRONT DESK EMPLOYEES WERE OUTSTANDING! hAD TO DEPART VERY EARLY AND WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY FRONT DESK. mY TAXI WAS ON TIME AND i WAS PROVIDED WITH A WONDERFUL CUP OF COFFEE. lOVED THE ENVIRONMENT.

The location and staff is the crown jewel of this establishment. The hotel is perfectly located - we walked to most landmarks and shopping areas and it is well connected also via underground and bus. The rooms were confortable but could use renovation. Beds were super confortable and despite looking at the road on the second floor - we heard no noise (during weekend). The staff were great. At reception we were met with very smiling lovely personel - who had moved us into connecting rooms as we were family. Breakfast was fantastic - thanks to Emilia who was lovely and very efficient. There are other hotels which may provide other services for same price but we will definitely return for the location and staff!

Furniture was a bit old - shower handle could come off suddenly for example. But it was not a game breaker for us as the rooms were confortable and clean.

I booked for 2 persons while we were with 3 people the 3th person came with us last minute, When we arrived the reception was a little bit shocked that we arrived with 3 persons, Wich i totally understand cause 3 people could not fit in the room so the reception gave us an upgrade to a bigger room, We were so grateful that he did that, he even brought an extra bed were the 3th person could sleep on Thank u so much for the 2 nights we stayed there We will not repeat our mistake again Greetings

Breakfast was lovely and fresh. The staff were lovely and on hand if you needed anything else. The scrambled eggs were particularly tasty. The location is not far from the opera and there are some wonderful shops to visit. Pillows were really comfortable and it’s great to have a terrace. The shower was a good size and we appreciated having a coffee machine in the room to make an espresso.

It would great to have a sheet on the bed too as the duvet was too hot. The Aircon wasn’t great but luckily we had the terrace doors open to allow cooler air to circulate. The sink area surface didn’t look very clean but they could have been marks on the marble surface. It would have had our coffee pods and water refreshed each day without having to ask. It would have been great if the hotel had a bar.

This is a small hotel friendly accommodating with a high quality of care for all guests. The room while on the small size had all the amenities to make for a pleasant and comfortable trip. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The receptionists ( particularly a young lady named Faina) were always happy to give a quick advice and to help if necessary.

Excellent location - metro 5 mins walk. Also, easy stroll to Place de La Concorde, Palais Garnier and many other attractions. A range of restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room (top floor with balcony) attended to every day with water, snacks, coffee etc replenished. Fridge in room very useful. Also a safe. Would happily stay here again.

Amazing location - close to Saint-Lazare and many iconic places like Place Vendôme, l'Omlympia, le palais Garnier ... The room was nice and comfortable. It could be better cleaned and maintained - the water getting out of the shower was really annoying. But I didn't have time for complaints so maybe it would have been handled. Staff- Great welcoming staff !!! They are very helpful and friendly, always with a smile :)
