This hotel is at 10 min walking from the train station and the center and next to a shopping mall. The hall is very small, but the rooms are nice and confortable with atabl/desk that could be used also to work. Breakfast good.

The breakfast is good despite I was expecting a higher variety of food from this type of hotel. Moreover the beverages are located in a room different that that where food is available, forcing people to walk with full caps to reach the tables. Limited space in the hall

It was a very simple walk from the station and not too far to the old town . Lovely welcome from Nico on arrival.Rooms and bathrooms were large , with kettle and good size fridge,minimum 2 tea coffee . 2 comfortable chairs and good lighting in the bedroom plenty of sockets.There is a large modern area nearby with some shops, supermarket etc. Nice marine area had drinks at De Boot ,check out this boat it looks fabulous inside ,a thank you for good recommendation for food at Dara which we used twice as good gluten free options clearly identified on the menu before entering the old town where there are plenty of restaurants bars etc beautiful area.

Not big issues corridors were quite dimly lit ,pillows not very good for me,couldn't get hairdryer to work first morning,might have been me notified reception and it was working later but hard to maintain pressure to power on

Entrance appeared a bit clinical and some of the technology could be updated. TV did not have the ability to network even though it gave the option Options for drinks should be more open and ensure at happy hour the bar person remains available - we were wanting drinks but he disappeared, then said happy hour was over dispute us waiting for him (we did get a drink to be fair)

Room was very spacious and clean, incredible shower and bathroom amenities, good and tasty breakfast, nesspresso machine in our room. 8 minutes walk from the train station, 7 minute walk to city center. We had an incredible time at Amersfoort!

We didn't take breakfast included plan and found out EVERYTHING is closed in the city on Sundays. had to pay 21 euros per person on a Sunday, which is for us very expensive. So a pro tip: If you are staying over the weekend take the breakfast included option.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was a good size and clean with air conditioning, the shower was huge and the location was fantastic.

The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and it was noisy on the Saturday night of our stay ( people were drunkenly running up and down the corridor). That said, the other 3 nights were absolutely fine.

We were given a room on the ninth floor. The view from the window was great. The room was quite spacious and clean. The bathroom was large as well. The staff were polite and helpful.

They deducted 50 Euro as a refundable deposit. This condition was not explicitly mentioned while booking via booking.com. The money was credited two days after checkout. Unlike other hotels, this place didn't offer free city maps or any brochures for tourists.

Room size is great. Very spacious and well lit. The bathroom amenities are adequate. Love the choice of body wash/shampoo provided. Perhaps can put them on sale at the reception. I would love to purchase a set to bring home. The room is exceptionally clean.

Tea selection could improve definitely . Camomile and Green tea added to the selection will be fabulous. Our bed frame ( left side) was making a 'creaky' noise whenever I sat on it, perhaps can get it checked.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is OK. It's only a short walk to a large supermarket and a range of restaurants. The old city is also within easy walking distance, as is the central station.

It seemed like all the receptionists were under training. Everything was difficult for them. My name was recorded wrongly on the booking, and they were never able to correct it, causing confusion each time we had to deal with them.

The location was perfect. It was both easy to leave by car in the morning and easy to walk to the town centre in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The receptionists were all polite and friendly. Check-in was fast.

I prefer to be able to open the bedroom window completely but that is not possible in this type of hotel. It would be nice to have some additional products in the bathroom, such as conditioner, body cream, and cotton wool. I would have liked to be able to connect to Netflix on the television, but that did not appear to be possible.

You can easily reach the city center on foot. The central station is a few minutes' walk from where you can easily get to Amsterdam. The breakfast is very good, you can choose an omelette, scrambled eggs or even American pancakes. Coffee is good.

The bar and restaurant did not work in the evenings. The bar was open for one day due to the lack of waiting staff. The bartender said he was alone and would take 11 days off. Information was missing. Nowhere was it indicated whether the hotel has WIFI, when and until breakfast time. Parking is for a fee - 8.50 euros at each exit
