No any Air condition in the shower room , you can't take shower too long , or you will get dizzy or faint

It is not my first time here, I always book this hotel for at least one night when visiting Japan. It has the most amazing view at night! It is easy to reach the hotel from Haneda airport, even by taxi when arriving late at night or by bus/train. It is located near Sakuragicho Station, so it is very easy to get around. It is convenient for tourists since many things are within walking distance: the cup noodles museum, the pier, the park, etc. The price was, however, much higher than usual. It is not a great thing to travel alone and pay just as much for a room as for two people.

The breakfast is expensive, never tried it... They could make it more affordable.

the location is excellent, very near to sakuragichio subway as well as yokohama cabin i booked room with view, the view is good! with cosmo clock and yokohama bay overall is nice since it's at good location depends what you want

the room consider small, luckily i travel alone and my luggage bag is just cabin size there's smell of toilet, luckily it doesnt go out from the toilet and affect the room

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is within walking distance of the train station, shopping malls, museum, Air Cabin tram, amusement park, and The Landmark observation floor with panoramic views of Yokohama. There is a convenience store and numerous restaurants within the building and close by. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very good. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean The cost of the room was inexpensive and it was adequate for a short stay while in transit.

The room is very small with little room to open large suitcases.

Walking distance to Bexco Convention Center where I attended a conference. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good amenities. A short taxi ride from Busan airport. Onsite laundry was easy to use and came in handy.

Long lines for breakfast. Might have been better if they had more seating in the breakfast area. Had to wait 10+ minutes on some days. Since breakfast was included in the price, it may have been great if the wait time was eliminated.

Average size room with outstanding view of the bay. Nearby train station. Wonderful neighborhood on the other side of the freeway. Within walking distance of Chinatown, the baseball stadium, and a local park.

Everything was fine. Don't recall any spa, hot tub or onsen on the premise.

There was a 711 near front door. Sakuragicho Station was just across the road. Highly recommend Pepper Lunch across the road. Great City view of ferris wheel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The room was tiny with a Double Bed and soon got used to it. Staff was friendly and helpful with a lovely smile 👍🏻☺️

I couldn’t open the window from fresh air. I was on the 9th floor.

Great location, there is a 7-Eleven right by the front door, and Sakuragicho Station is just across the road. The room is tiny, so if you have large luggage it might feel a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is self-service, you manage your own luggage with QR code access and set your own locker number. Very convenient.

Thank you for having us. The location was so close to Sakuragicho station. The view was beautiful except for the construction site. I'd like to commend the staff, they were so nice and helpful. We felt welcomed and when we weighed our luggage, they were so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too which has a wide variety of options. I booked early so the price was just perfect for my expectations.

The only thing I'm not happy about is the mold in the room. The room was clean it's just that, I think they should make sure to also get rid of the mold in the window and the bathtub corners.

I stayed at this place when I first visited Japan in 2008 - it was this only hotel I returned to for my 2023 trip because I remembered it being so good. My memory was correct, if you think Yokohama is magical, as I do, then you'll appreciate this hotel for the views and the location. The rooms are fairly standard for Japan, i.e. small and very nice, but the views certainly aren't standard. It's also great that you can see the hotel when you get to the station, it's a landmark. There are some great restaurants in the centre it belongs to, which also contains a very popular 'British' pub and 24 hour convenience store.
