Location was super convenient and the room was very comfortable. Pillows were huge too and we loved the size of it.

Neighbours were noisy and we could hear thumping randomly as if someone was walking heavily. Toilet door in the shower area could do with better anti-leaking fixtures as the water spilled out a lot after showering.

Sedap Restaurant was not so sedap (delicious) really not up to 5 star’s standards..i tried nasi beef cheek just so so, nasi ayam roasted also not nice (so far the best nasi ayam in grand hyatt klcc superb) even watermelon fresh juice tasteless..really really not recommended to eat here.. there’s a few meal I tried also really disappointed 😔

Theres a buzzing sound at the level 14 near my room. Its a constant buzzing that can cause problems to sleep. Anyhow on the 2nd and 3rd night i got used to it

As always the check in and check out staff was efficient and friendly, the checkin and check out process was fast . They were good enough to allocate my stay to my member account . Location was fabulous . extremely close to the pavilion mall and walk away to KLCC. Hotel Coffee shop , the hot chocolate was to die for. The single bedroom apartment was very good and well equipped. The cleaning staff on everyday other than ONE day was very good.

The cleaning staff allocated to 16th Floor on Thursday the 24th was very very poor . despite us putting the make up room tab he hadn't cleaned when we returned . When requested and he was sent he did a very shabby job.

Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Pureveen was good and gave options to choose from as we reached the hotel earlier than expected. Room we got was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King and it was damn spacious. Bed was so comfy that you can't even get out. Location is near Pavilion and it has the link bridge beside the hotel and the best part is the food truck opposite. Should try the keropok lekor there. Overall is good. Will definitely come back again..

The management should look into the matter of the deposit as it is too much. I guess $200MYR would be great enough be it for how many nights. As I paid in full upon check in and was shocked as they asked for 1k+ for the deposit. Even other 5 stars hotels I stayed didn't for that much. Some even has no deposit or the max at just $100-$200.. I think it's best the management can look into it and ammend a little of the deposit SOP.

The only negative was very bad smell in hallways.

The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We went with our 1 year old who loved the views of the street from the 14th floor. The pool was good but the temperature of the water could have been a little warmer. We opted for breakfast on our last morning and the spread was quite fantastic - highly recommended! Location was excellent, with the Pavilion mall right across and Suria KLCC just 10 mins walk away through the skywalk.

The pool could have been slightly warmer. Rooms could have used lamps.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all

The room was very spacious, especially the living room. The bed was comfortable too and wifi worked impeccably. Location is great, everything within the City Center is doable on foot. Or Grab. The staff is very nice and efficient, room service is quick and early. The staff at the Reception was very kind in letting us have a late Check-Out since we had a late flight out from KL. The hotel is pretty straightforward and does not strike by a certain style yet it is excellent value for money and has a great infrastructure (if you need a haircut, a massage, etc. too).

Some people may mind that there was no window in the bedroom or not enough cutlery and plates if you stayed longer than the 2 nights we stayed there. It did not bother us.
