The room was large & clean. The double sink was nice & the shower was roomy. The beach was set up perfect with plenty of lounge chairs. The light at night were very pretty. The server's at the restaurant were friendly & the food was delicious. The room key as a bracelet was perfect! Check-in & check-out was easy.

The noise from the road was overwhelming at night. It lasted all day & all night. I did not sleep well at all. If I knew ahead of time, i would have brought ear plugs or picked a different room further away from the front. The shower needs shelves or hooks inside.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the center (5 minutes walking) super calm area. The rooms was perfect, spacious with very beds, nice view on the ocean. The hotel is modern and has all amenities, the pool was perfect for a relaxing time. The beach was incredible, with an amazing restaurant where we had lunch everyday, and the beach club is perfect, cabanas and sunbed for everyone, lounge music, and drinks all day long. It’s by far the best beach club of the island! And the staff 10/10 so nice so accommodating for everything. Always brought stuff for my kids, from fresh juice to beach toys… Bottom line, go!

The island is beautiful. The hotel was in a great position. Easy to access the town and right on the beach. The beach area has sun beds/loungers for guests with the restaurant between them and the hotel. The beach area appeared to be one of the best having explored the area a little. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and cool.

We were there out of season. The sunbeds can be used by people who are not guests if they pay for them. I can imagine that this could cause difficulties for guests trying to find loungers during peak season.

The location was great, away from the busy central streets (good and quiet for sleeping) but at the same time only 10 minutes walking from the centre.The room was lovely although we would have preferred for it not to be on the ground floor, as you have people passing by, literally in front of your windows, so we had to keep curtains closed off when in the room. Nice beach area although sun beds are really close one to another. Music always on and loud on the beach, which is incredibly annoying (seems to be an Holbox thing), when the majority of people were reading/trying to relax. All in all the hotel is a good one, unsure if it’s worth 5 stars, especially when it comes to service - it wasn’t the best, really strict with their rules that didn’t make sense at times (for example, we had a waiter running after us for not having signed a receipt of drinks we had at the bar, as if we were running away from the hotel, while we were just having a walk on the beach, which was really unnecessary).

Music too loud on the beach, service annoying at times, no hangers in the room (literally nowhere to hang a towel on).

I liked the location of the place and that it is really close to the center. The hotel is amazing, and Alberto ensures that your entire experience during your stay is magical. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Holbox and/or planning a special event on the island. Additionally, the rooms are clean, with fresh bedsheets and towels. With all of this, nobody wants to leave, and you truly feel at home.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend! The staff go above and beyond to help you and are so polite. The room was amazing and super spacious. Location is great, super easy to get around if you have a golf buggy. Loved the pool and outside area as its right on the beach with a cute little bar with swing seats. The beach BBQ the hotel put on was SO GOOD! Some of the best steak and cray fish we've had! We would definitely stay here again :)

everything was perfect I loved my room the pool of my room, the food was amazing, the treat of the workers was the best, and the beach was beautiful I love it.

I didn't like that my room wasn't in the beach it was in front of the street and then I have to walk a bit to get to the beach and they told me it was in the beach and another thing I didn't like is that the shower and the toilet didn't have light only out of the bathroom so I took my showers in the dark and I went to the bathroom in the dark too. But everything else was amazing tysm.

Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast and nice vibe. Good section of beach to be on.

Pool area was under construction. Room location with plunge pool was basically ocean front, but most of view was blocked by restaurant. Also noise from restaurant A/C or generator was prevalent if patio door was open.

Paradise! Hotel is in a great spot on the beach - quiet and with wider sand area, but still close to center (5-7 min walk). Staff is really helpful. Room, pool and beach area are nice. Gym is actually quite good - was positively surprised.

Bathroom is big, but could have better lights. swimming pool area needs more chairs/space. Be careful - We were charged for things we did not order, but was late so did not have time to get reimbursement.

Nice property, clean and functional. Good aircon. The beach area is nice. Walking distance to the heart of town with its fun bars, restaurants and shops. On a decent stretch of beach, with a beautiful sunset, although some seaweed present. Staff are friendly.
