We loved our room - a Preferred Club King - which was very spacious & had a great view of the pool & a glimpse of beach. Having access to the Preferred Club Lounge was also a huge advantage. There were a good variety of restaurants & some fun entertainment. The main pool was awesome- could not use the Preferred pool because we had a child with us but it looked nice too. The property was laid out very well - easy to get around, beautiful landscaping & had everything we needed.

Not being able to make reservations at the restaurants was a real pain. We had to wait in line for almost every meal. We did end up paying for a dinner with a show so we could reserve a seat at that but the process to make it was really confusing. The food itself also wasn’t that great & the drinks were very weak. The pool area didn’t have enough seats. The beach was pretty disappointing. Most of the area was too rocky to enter - they only let you get in at one narrow strip that is sandy. They keep it very well manicured & free of seaweed though!

The staff: Housekeeping/Wait Staff/Bartenders were amazing! *****Five stars to the hard working people of Dreams Jade Resort. Beautiful Facilities!

Seating at pool was impossible due to towels placed on chairs in early am and most not used. This was not monitored by pool staff and a better policy is needed. Preferred Club price offered no advantage other than the PC Lounge as it did not guarantee seating in restaurants/long waits in line/no reservations without spending $100. on wine purchase. This seemed like another ‘money grab’ that was ridiculous for an “all inclusive “ IMO.

Strong smell in lobby, raccoons in hallways at night. Outside of building was worn/dirty. The jungle view below our room looked unkept, with some trash.

Breakfast was excellent loved the wide variety of fruits The staff went above and beyond, loved the staff The staff was best part of stay Spice, Tamarind and Capers food was Excellent salmon to die for

The drinks were all weak, next to no alcohol at all in the drinks The Sodas were always flat My room had broken pipe, staff was there promptly to repair

We loved the beautiful resort surroundings, the pools/swimup bars, wide variety of dining options and gorgeous landscaping. Grounds and beach were very well maintained (despite the excessive seaweed on the beach). Our ocean view suites in the preferred club were very luxurious and comfortable, and the warm hospitality of the staff was absolutely incredible.

The seaweed on the beach and the difficulty getting chairs poolside because many people left items on the lounge chairs by the pools to reserve them early in the morning and then left to attend other activities which seemed inconsiderate of other guests. Also the small portion size in the all inclusive restaurants was a bit disappointing.

The location is good right next to the beach,the swimming pool is nice as well.I really like the coconut ice cream from the cafe,most of the staff r really friendly

The thing I hate most is right after we checked in,they told u wait there for some vouchers(it's totally useless) then there is guy trying to sell you timeshare which is really annoying asked a lot of piracy questions and took us a long time There r a lot of seaweed in that area of ocean,all the acohol r weak ,the food they providing in room service r really not good at all，seems they intend to make it taste bad so people have to get down to wait in such a long line for food(Some of the waiters have bad attitude maybe because they were too busy)

The property is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. Overall the quality of the food is good, with a couple of exceptions. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

The buffet is closed in the evening. You can eat dinner only at one of the four restaurants. starting from 7 pm there is usually a waiting list to get a table, sometimes with a waiting time of up to one hour. The hotel would not give me a straightforward reply to my request for a baby crib. Even the day before our arrival, the hotel wrote that they could not guarantee a crib, that it depended on availability.

there are not enough sun beds in the family pool so when the resort is busy it is difficult to find a spot. with a preferred room we had access to the adults only preferred pool however as we had a child with us we could not use that pool and so our choice was the family pool area.

Extra points!

The usual weak WiFi problem, even the Netflix/ Youtube channels are useless because of that The dinner time peaks take a lot of extra waiting, one or two restaurants are always closed, but if you get used to it, you can work out the solution easily 😉 👍
