loved the space of the room, was travelling with my wife and daughter and my baby grandaughter. when we arrived the COT bed was all set up and the sofa bed was all made up as well. very spacious room that accomodated all of us. there was alot of things that surpassed what i was expecting. I had expected this to be a standard holiday inn experience, you know, you know what your getting for the most part. but, this place was an eye opener, firstly, met will really helpful and friendly staff when we arrived which was great after a 5 hr drive. i entered my car reg in the machine, and asked about the cost... car parking is free, which is great to see for guests and very refreshing from the norm. the size and facilities at this hotel were amazing. health clubs, pool, gym and really sizeable comfy seating areas under glass roofs that were brightly lit. food, now we only had the breakfast, but again that was a very generous buffet afair, that more than fed us lot and there was lots on offer for my daughters 1yr old as well. and, as something extra that i havent seen in many other places, was a little corner with chalk blakbouards on wall and childrens toys. my grandaughter (even at 1yr ) liked sitting here playing with blocks and even other parents came along with their kids and sat. good for conversation as well. all in all, would definitely recommend and im sure we will be back again for another stay, maybe a weekend rather than one night this time. nothing to be honest.

Easy to find, on busy roads but felt quite sheltered, enough parking, rooms clean and more spacious than a premier Inn, outstanding swimming facility for a family swim included in room price, excellent buffet breakfast, bit of noise through the floors but not unexpected, beds firm and comfortable, actually hot water for shower or bath, dog friendly, carpets were clean in both the rooms and the corridors, room was comfortable in February without any heating, easy commute to Glasgow

The fire doors between corridors are same colour as walls so abit hard to see

Lovely hotel just outside East Kilbride nice room with big bed very clean, bathroom had a separate shower and shower over the bath everything was clean hotel was very busy had an evening meal was served fairly quickly considering the amount of people wandering around and was delicious, used the pool facilities well maintained and easy to get to. Breakfast was help yourself plenty to choose from staff very helpful and pleasant happy to help. Carpark onsite and easy to get to. Would stay again when visiting the area.

Booked a Disabled Facility Bedroom (Room43) which was spacious but was a fair distance from Reception & Restaurant ( not ideal for really disabled folk ) Swimming Pool/Jacuzzi/Sauna were excellent..... Lovely Big shower (WET ROOM) but had a very noisy drainage system.

Had a Meal in Restaurant, was really looking forward to having items from Hana Dango Menu but was told Hana Dango Menu wasn't AVAILABLE !!!! I was shocked that you are asked to pay for your meal before it is served to you !!!! Now I really was amazed by the noises that came from the Shower Drainage System https://youtu.be/Dl7dTPreerk

The staff were outstanding and attentive. The pool was lovely and warm and the food was good. The room was spacious for a baby and two dogs.

The room still had a razor in the shower from previous guests. The shower pipe was grubby with black mould, and the spare bed had a grubby base and dirty behind. It's just needing a bit of a deeper clean. The changing room could do with a better baby changing area (but I'm not sure how you would fit this in as there is not much room. Maybe one of the plastic dished tables at the side of the pool then easier to change them and take to the shower.

Breakfast food was really good and bed really comfortable. Swimming pool was nice too so we really enjoyed our five nights here. Breakfast is all serve yourself but there are many staff available to ask for help.

Although I had asked for ground floor room cos of disability we were given a first floor room which seemed ok with lift. However when we went up the lift and finally reached it, it had two sets of a few stairs and long walk. However we went back to reception and another member of staff quickly found one on the ground floor. We really appreciated this help

Staff were super helpful and polite. They were so accommodating of our dog who had an injured back and as frequent stayers at the hotel, this was appreciated. Every member of staff we encountered was polite and friendly and this really does make your stay when you e travelled 400 miles and are tired! They did their best for a prompt check in and made allowances for any delay. Just can’t fault them really!

The door to the bathroom stuck but hey, that we could deal with given the perfect location of the room!

Large, light room with big windows and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was excellent and there were plenty of free tables in the dining area even though it was busy. We enjoyed the pool and were happy to have free parking. The staff at reception were all helpful and welcoming.

The suite had an odd layout; there was a strange internal corridor and the sofa was placed where you couldn't see the TV. The bathroom felt neglected, with dirty splashes on walls and door, flaking ceiling paint and empty toiletries. There was just one bathrobe between two guests.

Food was really good. My partner was exceptionally pleased with the Fish and Chips. The room was clean, airy and quiet. and the staff were often helpful, but sometimes a bit rushed off their feet. was able to do some office work and found teh whoole night there, comfortable, clean and relaxing

the carpark is often full to the brim with those going to the gym... however, there is an overflow carpark, just when you come in.. its not immediately clear.

Good location.

The continental breakfast station was poor. There were jars of Nutella, honey and MUSTARD, all with their lids off, in an open drawer. There were no fruit preserves or marmalade. Each jar had a dirty spoon in it and it was all extremely messy and unappetising. Once round the toaster, the bread just came out ‘stale’; twice round the toaster it came out burnt. I found a jar of jam quite by accident on another breakfast station for people with dietary needs.
