Bedroom was very comfortable and warm, very clean. Bathroom was very high standard. An absolute bargain of a price and worth every penny.

We arrived in the dark and there was no signage to indicate this was a hotel other than a sign on a gate saying Crosshill House. I couldn’t see a sign for reception either although we did just follow the road.

My heater was on in the room but the room was cold, luckily I had a fleece throw in my car which I took with me, although I believe you can ask for extra duvets etc!

Nothing - we’ve stayed before and we know it’s not a fancy place, basic but all you need!

It’s ok for a one night stopover, location is close enough to the city by car, the room was very spacious and warm It has free off street parking

I’m not sure there even was ‘a breakfast’ ?? …the staff member we met at ‘book-in’ certainly didn’t advise or give any details. The room was pretty clean, very comfortable, and very reasonably priced, given the circumstances of a ‘late booking’ …bathroom was clean and shower was decent. I had to pay a £50 cash deposit when booking-in. the staff member advised me to post the room keys, into an ‘outside deposit box’ when leaving in the morning …wich was fine, but I completely forgot to retrieve my deposit, due to this. A member of staff then telephoned me to say I had not taken my deposit back, and was very helpful by ‘bank-transferring’ me the money back, the following day. Overall the staff where friendly snd helpful, room was clean and comfortable, better than expected, and very reasonably priced. …would recommend and use again! 👍😊

Well located - shops and train station nearby (5-10 mins walk). Lots of free parking in car park. Hampden park is 10 mins brisk walk away. Comfy beds (on the firm side which I prefer. Mattress was good and didn't sag to middle or sides like some do). Clean bathroom. Nice big TV (not a smart TV, but you can plug an hdmi in easily enough).

£50 deposit to stay. Paid back when you checkout. No-one in reception until 2.30pm so you can't check in early unless agreed in advance. Towels are quite small.

The staff were discreet, helpful and attended to all my needs In fact, they exceeded my expectations. The room was warm, spacious, with nice antique furniture. The TV was modern and large. The shower room was spotless with high quality fixtures and toiletries. The tea and coffee, kettle and hairdryer were of decent quality. The management and staff made me feel very welcome. The room was large about 5m x 5 m with very high ceilings and a small en-suite, in a converted victorian house. There was a large TV, double bed, small desk and armchair. Situated on a quiet street about 2 miles south of the city centre but within walking distance of a couple of vibrant areas with a variety of restraunts and small shops.

Room was very sparse and would benefit from so artwork in keeping with the period of the house.

Nice and comfortable and off course good price and house keeping Indian guy and his wife was very nice and sweet and very Co operative

Well I booked it on booking.com and paid full amount with my credit card but when I went there lady at reception ask me to deposit 50 pound as security deposit which was not mention at the time of booking at booking.com. I got the money back the time I checked out other than that it's all good

Spacious room, big TV. Lovely and clean. Radiator to warm room by twisting thermostat was good.

The instructions on the room card for WiFi did not connect. Cups a bit too small for a decent cup of tea and the the 2 tea spoons where desert spoons. Booked the room the previous night to be told parking was available. (I was in a van with goods inside) The following morning to be told by text parking may not be available. If I had have cancelled I would have lost my money.
