Apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Glasgow.

There was a hidden £100 "deposit" when we got there, despite already paying for the apartment in full online. They said it's in the terms and conditions which is true but you have to go looking for it; it's not stated in any of the booking screens when booking the room. I've stayed in many apartments and never had this fee. Despite this, I would definitely stay there again.

Great central location, allowed late check-in after the office was shut which was nice! Apartment was clean and tidy and had all the necessary amenities. The curtains were great and blocked out all the lights from the street outside and couldn't hear a thing outside. The apartment was nice and warm and had tonnes of lamps and lights dotted around to make the place feel cozy. The apartment is incredibly big especially for the price and is well worth it.

The hallway was paper thin so whenever people came home on the same floor (whether they were also from the same booking or private I don't know) you could hear them straight into your room. Luckily you could never hear people in their own rooms. This is just luck of the drawer and unfortunately has nothing to do with the room itself. There could do with being a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe, we only got 8 and being two of us staying 3 nights a few more could be good. There was screws poking through the shelf in the wardrobe, I didn't notice as I am shorter then the shelf, my partner was the one to notice and good job otherwise I could've cut my hand had we put clothes on the shelf.

Its a beautiful Apartment very clean and comfortable the view l could see abit of the Clyde River. Tastefully furnished though if l knew they had a washer dryer but then again l was there to relax it would've defeated the purpose.

I didn't like the way you had to pay a £100 deposit l had already paid the nights money. but you don't get it back straight away not only myself wondering the same thing. But worst of all l was charged £159 on top of it what a carry on nearly shutting down my bank account as it was a fraudulent payment as the Girl at reception said that it was only the £100 not only was l stressed out back and forwards to the place on the phone to them both taking up my time money as got a taxi down to prove it then the next day they said it was a mistake but that was hell l have decided that l wont go anywhere that says they are taking a deposit and it took days to clear up. Put me off my stay

easy to access though only before six pm. I was a bit nervous as the reviews said the place was a bit tired looking and not like the photos, however that was only the corridors. It was an excellent, spacious, well equipped, well appointed apartment. Strong shower, good sound proofing from the corridor and next door, and firm comfortable clean beds. The location is brilliant for a gig at Barrowlands - short walk, the river and main shopping area is near by. Good coffee shop The Fern round the corner.

The windows were filthy and really spoiled the look of the place. granted it is on a very busy main road. I took some kitchen roll and gave them a wipe down and it made a real difference. The road is busy all night but we were four floors up so it wasn't too noisy. I'd say lower down might be noisier. The area is also close to the station and some aspects of that were a bit chaotic and run down.

The location is very strategic

The email instructions for self check-in were very confusing, because all the door panels required a 4-digit number, while the code provided was 6 digits (We later found out that the door can only be accessed via an access card kept in a lock box inside the building). Fortunately, another resident was kind enough to help. In addition, it would be easier to mention that the unit is located under Stay Metro Aparthotel rather than mentioning Vcity Aparthotel, because it turns out that the entrance is through Stay Metro Aparthotel.

The apartment was very big and spacious. There was everything you need, from dishwasher to toaster etc. The TV was huge which we loved. But the best part was that I booked it for my wife’s first birthday with our newborn, and Methmila was amazing because she went out and actually got a sparkling, flowers, a card and a box of chocolates and left it in the apartment for my wife, and she was over the moon. We loved the whole stay.

The only very small thing was the door stops. Because there’s laminate flooring and the door stops were wooden, they kept sliding on the floor, hence the doors kept closing.

Ideal location to central station, restaurants and city centre. Booking in really easy, the booking desk isn’t manned all day but there is a phone number to call in emergencies. Staff friendly, our room was a 2 bedroom apartment en-suites, plenty of space, bed and pillows really comfy. Tv, washer, microwave, fridge, ideal for one or more nights stay. Price was very good.

The decor could have done with a paint in the rooms, just looking a bit worn really but didn’t have an effect on a lovely stay.

The location was superb - just across the road is the Glasgow Central Train Station and there was a bus stop in front - yet we didn't hear noise from the station or buses. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The heating worked well and the reception staff were helpful.

The reception closed at 6pm. There was no free on-site parking - we had to pay 20 pounds per night. Good if the bathrooms had bathrobe hooks.

Really good location close to central station. Comfortable beds and spacious. Clean and has most things you'll need for a few nights stay. Tea and coffee are provided but no milk but there is a shop close by for this.

No mirror in the bedroom and the only mirror is not anywhere near a socket so it's a bit tricky. Had to run back and forward to check my hair. Bedroom was very basic. Only one bedside table and a bed. It would also benefit from a small TV. They also take a £100 security deposit so be mindful of this.

The only issue with hotel, they are holding amount of money as a deposit, which does not make sense to me.
