The location just a short distance from Central and Queen Street stations was ideal for us because we were arriving at Central and continuing from Queen Street the next day. The Scottish breakfast and buffet was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful - we had to add an additional night at short notice (because of storm Floris) and they managed to keep us in the same room although that room wasn't available to book for the second night.

Nothing of consequence. There was no actual view from the window but we didn't expect one. The bar was nice, but the restaurant menu looked a bit limited so we didn't try it.

The staff were fantastic , friendly , helpful and provided a warm welcome every time. The hotel was in a great location , so handy to the central station , near many restaurants and to the main shopping area . The breakfast was very nice and handy . Spa and gym are a nice touch .

Very hard to find faults as the hotel was fantastic It would be even better if the spa had a Jacuzzi or steam room. Perhaps some more signage to guide you from reception to the rooms , a clock in the spa would have been handy and perhaps a reminder card with some key information from the hotel e.g what time breakfast is etc . I couldn't find that on the TV screen , it was however relayed to me at check-in .

Spotless room - nice decor, hotel ambience is very warm. Nice large comfortable beds (classic double room) high windows - TV set up with Netflix. Room service available. Great location.

Bathroom was nicely lit just very narrow. Air con unable to be changed to cooler than 19degrees and window sealed shut. Only an issue for over heaters. Unexpected £50 deposit is taken upon check in (it is returned at end of stay if not spent) not necessarily a bad thing, but just to make others aware. When it came to parking we had unfortunately relied on a FAQ answer from 2024 which stated we would get 50% off carpark - but did not state we had to pre book parking, therefor left with an expensive parking charge.

Check in was smooth and easy. We also had a show that finished late in the evening, and the night receptionist was great when he let us back in - we just had to show our room keys at the door. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, and checkout was smooth and easy. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic, comfy bed. It has air con which was good as it was a very muggy night when we stayed. USB ports at the bedsides are an instant win for me, with plenty of standard uk three prong plugs if needed. I really liked the coffee machine and appreciated the bottled water. The bathroom is a good size with a decent shower. Breakfast is £15 pp for all you can eat buffet, which was tasty with a good selection of cooked items and continental options. There were other items for an additional fee that could be ordered, but we didn't go for those.

The lift to get to the rooms is quite small and cramped.

The breakfast provided a number of choices to satisfy even the most demanding patrons. I liked that haggis- the regional dish 😋 was served. I also liked that Stevie, the restaurant manager was present and ready to help exceed our expectations. Patrons sometimes complain about scrumbled eggs, perhaps hard boiled eggs could be introduced. I loved the location of this hotel. Our room was spacious, bed and bedding very comfortable. Bathrobe, slippers, welcome chocolates and water were extremely nice touch.

Perhaps some rooms could have a shelf or a cabinet in the bathroom for personal toiletries.

The location of the hotel is excellent in city centre and close to the train station. My room was big as well as the bathroom and were spotless clean. Shower was big and modern. The bed and the blankets were very comfy and bed sheets and pillows were very clean. Wi-fi was very good. The hot breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties. Check in and check out very simple. Staff including breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Especially I would like to thank Robin at the reception. She was friendly and very welcoming. She also gave me information about train schedule for my onward journey. I’m very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The location was brilliant, the front of house staff friendly and helpful and rooms were all clean and tastefully decorated.

Check in was difficult; I asked to change room twice and each time I had to check out of the one I had gone to, return to reception to change keys. The vegetarian breakfast option was disappointing and when I paid extra to get something from the menu, it didn't match the description and the housekeeping team weren't up to scratch either - leaving dirty pots behind on one occasion and their cleaning products on another.

We were given an upgrade on arrival which was great. Lovely staff throughout. Room wasn't roasting - we find that in hotel rooms sometimes, so perfect for us and just turned up thermostat if cooler later in evening. And honestly could not hear a sound from outside, in central Glasgow! Lovely bar for a nightcap or earlier drink before heading out. Good, busy vibe on Saturday night.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast on second morning were rubbery and to me, pretty inedible. But they had been lovely and creamy the first morning. Either different cook or they were just having an off day. I didn't bother asking for more because there were lots of other non- egg options. Hotel staff work hard for little money so they don't need me moaning about trivial stuff.

Great location, bags held for us as we arrived early in the morning. Early check in requested however did not arrive until check in time but this was not discounted or amended.

Found to strange that there was not an extractor fan in the bathroom. Strong smell of bleach in the bathroom which I don’t mind but my partner is allergic to bleach- an extractor fan may have softened the smell. Also there wasn’t a bin bag in the toilet bin which was strange. Toiletries could have been better quality, rituals products in the hallway would have been a nice touch to continue those into the rooms or maybe upsell this quality of products. A notepad in the room but no pen available to make notes. Spa facilities is what attracted us to this accommodation, however not really offered as a perk or staying and had to be purchased or upgraded to receive this. We were also told front doors lock at 11pm but found that they were locked before this, although staff let us in promptly.

The Address Glasgow was an excellent hotel, very clean @ definitely comfortable, the staff were amazing , from Management & down , they couldn’t do enough for you , to make your stay the best it could be , the hotel Manager she couldn’t do enough for me as I’m disabled , the room we had , was quite difficult for me to turn into with my mobility scooter , so she changed us to another accessible room that would be more beneficial for me to get in the door easier , and she gave us the side entrance to use for easy access , we had breakfast with our stay , and the manager there was the same very helpful and pleasant , he greeted everyone who came in and out & also helped with our breakfast , very kind too , we had a fantastic few days in this hotel , and would definitely stay here again , also I would recommend it to anyone friends & family , great job done The Address Hotel Glasgow , I also want to add this hotel is in the middle of everything , so close to shops , restaurants & bars , Thankyou for a lovely stay .

I couldn’t say a bad thing about the hotel , except , they couldn’t do enough install some ramps for disabled people to get in and out at front and toilet off the bar to enter , but nothing bad about this as there was access at the side door , just a suggestion .
