we ended up here with 20 minutes notice as the provision property was not fit for occupation ( Penthouse Buchannan st ) as no working appliances , in the kitchen and it was filthy . we received a very warm welcome from the host. cant fault location, place was clean and very central , I asked for a restaurant recommendation and was very happy with it , ( we went twice !!)

Clean, good and clear instructions, good facilities, flexible on check in, a nice powerful shower, plenty of towels, and a good selection of streamed entertainment.

A minor point - refreshments included soft drinks, water, and everything for tea/coffee, which were very welcomed, but for the price some snacks would have also been nice.

Marco, Laura, Sarah and all the team were fantastic providing 24hr cover and answering many queries. You stepped in at the last minute when my other accomodation fell through. You manned a phone hot line which helped when my flight was cancelled and helped me get back into my room until the next flight. Great location, lovely homely entrance hall and stairs. Handy washing machine and dryer in basement. Milk and drinks in fridge

such a beautiful apartment, all facilities were just great

Very comfortable and everything you need - comfortable bed, spacious shower with good water pressure, ironing board. Kitchenette is properly functional - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cattle, dishes, soap, etc. Helpful hosts, language storage. Location - 10 min walk to Glasgow Central station, and it's the very city centre. Even closer other stations - Charing Cross and Anderson, which are different lines. Airport coach stop is like 15 min walk. The coach makes a couple of stops in the city centre. The first one will be yours. Tescos are couple blocks up hill, Lidl is near Central station. Last but not least. Everything is clean and designed - lots of mirrors, pieces of furniture, paintings, etc. Complemented water, soda and crisps - so rare nowadays. Branded good quality totalities. New fluffy bathroom towels. Bathroom equipment, like taps and shower, of premium quality, too. Some might say it's not important but it was such a pleasure to use it!

No sockets near the mirrors, neither in the bathroom. Maybe some extension cable could sit in a closet if needed :)

The apartment was amazing, central location and easy walking distance to the centre. The entrance and hallway were beautiful. The apartment itself was very modern and very clean and the hosts were very helpful. The key to my door was bent and I couldn't open it, I called and they were with me in 20 minutes with a new key and let me check out an hour later as a good will gesture, all in all I would definitely stay at the Amani Apartments again.

Nothing I didn't like

Room was spacious, quality of fitments was very good. Liked the added touch of free juice and haribos.

There was a strange odour in the kitchen that was off putting. Also, there was building works going on next door that started early (8am is early after a late night out), which also meant unsafe to use outdoor seated space (one of the main reasons for choosing these apartments).

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, tidy and well made up. Couldn't ask for better service.

The only problem we encountered was that the WiFi wouldn't connect. It kept telling us the password was invalid but it was a QR code. Accessibility-wise; it's not wheelchair friendly and if you have issues with mobility, check in isn't at street level, it's up a flight of stairs. If you want to avoid too many stairs, I'd request an apartment on the same level as the front door.

The rooms are lovely and well equipped, very comfortable bed and bathroom was nice.

Could hear the music from the music venue next door, the bathroom toiletries were poor in terms of the vibe of the apartment, small things such as no matching cutlery and no extra pillows available. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned underneath the seat properly

Fabulous apartment, lovely and clean, great facilities and finished in a modern decor. There were complimentary soft drinks, haribo and pringles. Really nice touches. Couldn't recommend this apartment more.

Absolutely nothing, I booked at 8:30pm and we were sent the details within 15 minutes. Late checkout at 11am as well. Couldn't fault this apartment at all.
