Loved this hotel! Whilst it was a little more than what I normally pay for a night in a hotel, it did not disappoint! Everything in the room was tidy, comfortable and of good quality. My favourite - the pillows! They were so comfortable! It was also handy that the room had a fridge, iron and that I was able to login to Netflix and other streaming apps via the TV. The bathroom was huge and shower pressure was strong. The location is of course very handy as it's pretty much in central. We walked to Ashton Lane which only took approximately 35 minutes. Would highly recommend!

The only complaint would be having to pay for parking. When you're paying £184 a night and then £16.50 per 24 hours for parking when they have their own parking below the hotel, seems a bit extreme.

The staff were very friendly, and attentive. Any question I had and they were more than happy to help. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious, with a really nice selection. I wanted to buy a relative a gift and the reception staff were super helpful with recommendations and even where to buy what I was looking for, really went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable and felt modern.

The person on the desk by the spa/gym didn't seemed to be confused (maybe new to the job) and wasn't sure what he was doing. Though after we were done, the attendant who was there then was very helpful.

The room was perfect, comfiest bed! The staff in the front desk and the restaurant were very nice. The gym and pool facilites are perfect, i would really recommend staying here.

We had an issue the last day of our stay. I asked for late check-out and the front desk said it was okey. At 11:00 (the late check-out was at 12) a lady started banging on the door saying we need to leave?? When I opened the door to explain about the late check out she just screamed saying YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE ROOM. I explained again the late check-out and her only reply was "I cant see if there is late check-out", a man had to come over and calm the lady down. The woman NEVER APOLOGIZED , the man was very polite and offered an apology for her co-worker. I explained this incident in the front desk, hopefully it wont happen again to any other guest.

It was high class, clean & beautiful Facilities where maintained and staff was welcoming and prepped to quickly inform us on where things where or assisted us in each part of the hotel (reception, bar, spa, breakfast) staff made the experience better 100% . They also let me check in an hour early to let me decorate the hotel room for my boyfriends birthday. & let us stay an extra 2 hours in the room to use the spa as we didn’t make it in time the day before! Food was amazing at breakfast and kept warm, rotated, massive selection of full breakfast, cereal, fruit , breads, cakes, crumpets etc.

The inclusive lounge didn’t really have a variety of food options for fussy eaters & soft drinks weren’t allowed to be to be taken to the room where as other Hilton’s have this in the room free of charge for deluxe rooms& suits

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff on for breakfast and in the executive lounge were so lovely! We staying the Executive King Room, the bathroom and the room is beautiful.

The hotel room doors are very heavy fire doors and só often we could hear them being slammed shut which was quite annoying, other than that the room was perfect. Only other thing to make mention it took us ages to get into our room, despite check-in being at 4, we didn’t get into our room till around 4.45-5pm. I have never had to wait ever to check-in to a hotel. However, the staff at the front desk were very apologetic and accommodating so I can’t fault them at all.

A grand looking hotel that had very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with very good facilities and amenities. Breakfast had plenty of choice with very good quality produce. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The carpark was extra to pay and had to take extra care as it was a very narrow road. Only thing that needs addressing was the barrier didn’t recognise car registrations so there was a queue to get out and my husband had to leave his car and go into the hotel reception to open the barrier. This happened twice which was a bit of an inconvenience but easily rectified!!

Room was high enough up to avoid outside traffic noise: Good! Breakfast was very good - lots of choice - excellent scrambled eggs! Location was good for our needs but we found, to our horror upon descending the M8 slip-road and too late to avoid it, that a congestion penalty applies to this location for all 'non-compliant cars'. Our is probably one of them.

You need to warn your clients NOT to drive into the area if their cars are non-compliant and therefore attract a £60 penalty. This welcoming message is therfore disingenuius in that it doesn't prommpt us to check: "We look forward to welcoming you on Saturday 21 June 2025. Nothing is better than parking right in the center of Glasgow! If you have a car in our car park, please tell our reception team your registration plate to ensure you have no issue exiting the car park. The charge for 24 hours parking is £15.00 for hotel guests". etc

Absolutely outstanding stay, everything is as per the photos & description. It is situated perfectly in Glasgow, with private parking which I feel is essential. The rooms are really spacious, luxury, with everything you need. The gym & spa facilities are great, there is 24 hour room service, the list goes on, it pretty much ticked all my boxes. The staff were extremely polite, friendly & helpful, everyone I came across was so welcoming. My only disappointment was not staying for long enough! I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay this year.

No window - That’s literally it!

Location was great for our visit and onsite car park is very handy when visiting with young children. Room was spacious, modern, clean and had a good view, the little fridge was very handy too! It was great we were able to get an early check in so could use the pool facitities on arrival Good choice of food at breakfast and wasnt busy when we visited Staff were friendly and helpful Good value for money with two young children Great leisure facilities - we used the pool 3 times which was nice.

There is very little storage space and no drawers in the room which would be ok for one night but we visited for 3 nights so was tricky to unpack and we had to return cases to the car as no room under the bed to put these. The TV didnt really work, we only had BBC 1 There was a member of male staff working at Breakfast on all 3 mornings he was very very smelly, it was disgusting and the smell lingered in the room, enough to put you off your food... I think this is unaccecptable especially when it is early morning! The swimming pool was lovely however water in main pool was very cold! Also no toilets within the changing rooms which i thought was strange?

Clean, central to the city. Walking distance. Lovely pool area. Large bright clean rooms. Excellent staff. Friendly and very helpful. When check in staff found out it was my nieces birthday, they sent up a little plate of sweet goodies. It was a small kind gesture that made a big impact.

Parking. I know some work was being done. I paid for 2 days parking in advance to come back on the second day to a sign saying car park full. They had an event so the hotel was rammed, however I had already paid. I did ignore the sign and the ‘Angel of car parking spaces’ found one last slot. I would have had words if I couldn’t have parked ( or asked for a refund). I feel advance booking should be a thing.
