It’s was good value for money considering I only stayed 1 night. The shower was quite big and it was nice there was body wash provided. The bed was really spacious and comfortable. As someone who doesn’t like harsh lighting I liked that there was subtle options and could be used as a nightlight since I don’t like sleeping in the dark lol.

I would have liked a proper fan in the room since it was a bit hot but I was okay without it. The charging sockets were far from the bed so I could see that being a problem but again I only stayed on night and when I came back I put it on to charge and went straight to sleep. It was also a bit annoying that the only way up was by an elevator and one of them was out of service so a lot of us ended up queuing. Also when I went to use the tv and clicked for YouTube it said it wasn’t available so I’m not sure what happened but like I’ve said repeatedly, it wasn’t a bother really coz I just went to sleep when I got back.

The location is well placed , not very far from the city center, right in the middle of a chain of stores. For a night of accommodation, the price was correct.

I think that in terms of facilities ,there is still work to be done and improved: - noise in the room at the vent, - lack of tea/coffee tray in the room - not having to go to the reception to drink tea, - lack of the trash can in the bathroom and of a toilet brush (you can't put a pantry liners in the basket that is found in the room, due to the smell). Still drawing the line , it was a quiet experience... Thanks!

Lift was temperamental floor signs need to be moved to right wall to be able to view better Few times it would go up and down floors levels before reaching your chosen level (remember to use key card to get to level 7/8) Beds and pillows are hard and firm not the most comfortable for sleeping I mean one night is fine although it wasn't comfortable but couldn't stay for 2+ Paid for breakfast included but wouldn't if stayed there again down to the fact it's cold breakfast (might be ideal for some) Bed light didn't work in our room Nothing bad just answering honestly

The hotel is on a complex with food, casino, cinema, bingo & bowling nearby. There was also local eateries & bars within walking distances for our leisure visit. It was a 20min walk to the station. Our room had a nice window view and 2 options for the shower. For a short city break with little time spent in there, it does what it needs to do for a budget hotel.

No tea making facilities. No lid on the toilet in the bathroom which felt odd & had to avoid splashes when flushing! There was only 1 lift working for the whole of the hotel and only stairs for emergency.

The hotel was modern, clean with pleasant staff.

I was in a room with a bunk bed only a couple of feet above my head. I banged my head several times, forgetting to duck to get into bed. I would never have booked this room if the position of this bunk bed had been clearly stated. Also, I would have gladly paid a few pounds extra to have a kettle and coffee making facilities in room. The continental breakfast is very basic and no cooked food available. My booking request for a room near the lift, as I have a mobility issue, was ignored and my room was at the very end of a very long corridor. I was offered another room but this wasn't suitable.

The Room was good size, the double bed as well as the bunk bed on top of it was comfortable, with clean bedding, towels and provision for soap/shampoo. Like any IBIS budget, it was a basic value for money clean room, with shower cubicle, a small size we, and a sink with a mirror. Staff are very courteous and friendly, and always happy to help. They also heated milk for our little baby and gave hot water.

Its a basic room, so nothing fancy. No fridge, kettle etc. But good value for money for the location. The breakfast is £8.50 per person, again very basic cereals, milk, bread toast, croissants and coffee. They have little selection of cheese and meat slices for non veg.

Good size and very good for price! Lovely location aswell with food places just outside aswell as a cinema. Easy to follow instructions were sent before arrival which made finding the place very easy. Beds were very comfy. And plenty of mirrors which made it easy for me and my friends to get ready at the same time without fighting over the mirror 😂 To add, staff were extremely friendly!

The toilet being very small and the sink being right next to the bed. Also would have liked if there was a couple of mugs and a kettle in the room so we could have a coffee on the morning before we left we left ridiculously early (5am) so breakfast understandably wasn’t available so being able to make a hot drink in the hotel room would have been perfect. Other than them 2 very minor things. Everything else was perfect

Good security with card needed to access floor. Efficient shower. Really good lighting. Bed comfy. Plenty of space and a great view of the M8 and the historic Co-op Building. Easy free parking

I did not realise there was no kettle or mug or glass I would have like to make a tea or a proper coffee( I bring coffee and cafetiere) and have something to put a glass of wine in (I buy a bottle). The desk space was a bit small for working and the stool has no back so a bit tiring for working for any length of time

The rooms themselves were the highlight of the place, especially for the budget price. They were really clean and nice. We also needed parking for our rental car so that was why we picked the place!

It’s very out of the way from the city center so keep that in mind. About a 30 minute walk or 10ish minute walk through an industrial type neighborhood to the subway (we always felt safe even though no one was around). We took the subway everywhere and it worked out well for us, so recommend that. But keep in mind if location is everything for you this may not be the place.

Smart bright rooms, with a bunk bed cool enough for my 10 year old (going on 16). Friendly staff, and perfectly adequate continental breakfast. Easy drive anywhere in Glasgow, with ample free off street parking. Of the 4 hotels we stayed in this did come out top. Will be back.

Can't really complain. A lift broke down, but it was fixed and back in service quickly. We had a noisy neighbour, but staff sorted that quickly. Things that in other hotels might have spoilt the trip were sorted without fuss quickly and efficiently. My daughter loved the bunk bed.
