Excellent location for OVO arena. Only two drop off bays outside hotel, so best to go straight into the car park which is on the left just before the hotel. Nice pleasant staff. We were there of a concert and only just managed to get into the restaurant so book before hand. No issue with room. King side bed, clean and airy. Also a fridge in the room. Good free WiFi

Room was spacious, comfortable and for all intent and purposes done it's job.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, the shower was dirty as was the floor. The carpet needed a Hoover, the bed sheets had lint, threads and dust sticking to them, the sheets has marks on them. Just didn't feel like a very clean space. The room was also dusty and bits of rubbish were missed in the clean under the table. The price for a standard room was a tad too expensive. The room as well for it being a standard room was very underwhelming. Especially for only one night the price was too much.

The welcome message on the tv was a lovely touch. Check in staff made a mistake & I was allocated a room which customers were already in when I entered, this was embarrassing for all involved, however staff added complimentary breakfast for myself and kids. Bed was extremely comfortable too.

I like to strip the beds when leaving a hotel in order to give house keeping a head start, working in the industry, I know how hard this job can be as well as time consuming, however on doing so I discovered we had slept in dirty yellow stained pillows with a clean slip over the top. As someone with chronic pain condition, I n÷d to sit when doing hair and make up etc, this was impossible as there were no mirrors at the desk, and the seat was too large to move infront of a mirror.

Excellent location for the Ovo Hydro (it's literally across the road) and a five minute walk from the local railway station and a five minute journey to the centre of Glasgow. All the staff were brilliant, a particularly big shout out to Finn though who was superb throughout our stay (They really need to look after him, he's likely a future manager of the place). Super clean rooms and public areas, and the beds were so comfy (aside from the pillows) Decent food and a tidy bar.

Being woken at 8AM sharp!! by building works going on, that continue til around 6pm. The ninth floor is still being constructed which we weren't made aware of beforehand, and we were then given the eighth floor 🙉 Once the works are completed though....i wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone.

- Great location, walking distance to and from Glasgow City Centre, well connected to Glasgow Central station via regular buses. - Reception desk was very helpful in checking us in and out. They even helped us with things to see and do in and around Glasgow with helpful maps with key locations highlighted. - Room service was flawless, and cleaning was spot on. - Restaurant was fairly good with good service and nice selection of food and drinks. - Lounge area was spacious yet cozy to spend some time in. Well laid out and inviting.

- My Ceasar Salad was just too salty regrettably and I had to send the dish back. I also passed along the feedback to the chef

Great location, ideal for the Ovo hydro to see a show. Science museum and Riverside museum and train station are close by and within walking distance. comfy bed,nice room size with a small fridge. Lovely toiletries and fluffy towels.

Noise from the fan in the bathroom constantly on even those I reported it. This was not dealt with. Pillows was a bit hard for my liking. it probably ok for someone else. There was no greeting from staff at reception but they seemed OK when you speak to them. Took ages for bar staff to acknowledge you when I wanted to pay for a drink from snack bar. On the whole, it has not put me off, hopefully staff will improve,maybe they had a bad day.

Loved how convenient it was to the OVO Hydro Arena literally across the road. The bedrooms were great comfy bed, loved the fact of a chair had I gone with hubby only one chair would have been an issue. Having a small fridge in the room was great Bathroom was great especially with shower, shampoo, conditioner and soap and nice quality. Parking was very convenient

Need more bar staff on after events at Hydro. Little more information eg that residents could use the coffee machine for free, Which car park to use. I know not so good for you but a spoon not a wooden stirrer in the room would have been nice

The staff were exceptional. My daughter has physical additional needs and is registered disabled, as I myself am, and when we requested an accessible room the staff went above and beyond for our needs therefore when we checked in everything was in p,ace for us and we're treated as valued guests. I am now booking for our next concert in may 2025 and hope we can stay at this beautiful, clean, professional and exceptionally friendly establishment.

The only minus is not the hotels fault. But,parking!! Myself and my 15yo daughter are Blue badge holders, and the the fact that even though overnight stay is comped, In Scotland ALL Blude badge parking is supposed to be free. And as we're mobility impaired our Motability car is our only of mode transport and to be charged £12.50 per overnight, and to have less parking spaces than electric cars???shame on glasgow city council

The room (620) was acceptable on first entering and provided little extras, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, tea/coffee, iron/board, hairdryer, and the bed was comfortable and freshly made which I find very important. However the tap in the bathroom sink was not attached properly and when turned on the whole thing moved and you had to hold it while you adjusted the temperature between hot and cold. The shower sprayed water from the head and the hose attached to it, causing quite a lot of excess water over floor running out into bathroom area (could be very slippery if mat not put down) The carpet needs urgent deep cleaning as badly stained in areas.

Room was bright, clean & airy. Location for Ovo was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a varied selection on offer. Front of house Staff were extremely welcoming & helpful. Definitely stay here again.

Only slight niggle was no particular drink for my husband on return from show. He’d had the same drink earlier in the day in the hotel but there was none later on. There was only 3 out of the six rums on the menu which were available. Not a huge issue but could easily be remedied with forward planning, particularly when there is a big show on nearby & lots of folk at concert we’re staying in hotel so it was very busy. Didn’t spoil our stay!
