Perfect location right in the middle of Finnieston, a step from the main road with loads of lovely restaurants, bars and coffee houses. Two minutes from a bus stop with regular buses (every ten minutes) into the centre, which took about fifteen minutes and was very cheap. Alternatively it's an easy half hour walk into the centre. It feels a very safe area to walk around, even later in the evening. Brilliantly placed for the Kelvingrove Museum, the Hunterian, and the Botanical Gardens. The room was really comfortable and had plenty of tea and coffee and some high end toiletries. There was a wonderful buffet breakfast - if I'd taken advantage of all there was to offer, I'd be the size of a house! Even though we were at the front in the basement, the room was very light and it was extremely quiet, even with the windows open. Finally, the staff were wonderful! So friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

Having travelled extensively in America, I do miss having a fridge in the room as standard. But that's being picky! There was really nothing not to like!

Good, simple self-serve breakfast to get us started for our day, with enough options to satisfy everyone in our 4-person group. The hotel is well-named: it's a cutie boutique hotel. We even spun a couple of the vinyl albums in our room. We appreciated the location, and when we had trouble connecting with our car rental's shuttle then the staff were great about helping us out. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

The walk from the train station to the hotel was a bit longer than we anticipated (dragging our luggage), but that's on us. Next time I would probably hop in a taxi.

Chose the hotel because we were going to a concert at Kelvingrove bandstand so location could not have been better. However, we were so happy with Boutique 50 I am sure we will stay there again when next in Glasgow. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We had a twin bedroom as no doubles left but we’re very pleased with the room. Lots of nice little touches like the record player & coffee machine added to a very memorable stay

If I had to find fault with something I think the shower could have been a bit more powerful but was perfectly adequate

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the room was very comfortable. There were lovely toiletries provided. The record player and coffee machine in the room were very welcome touches, and I really appreciated that there was oat milk available as well as UHT milk sachets. I will definitely be back!

The WIFI in the room was a bit unreliable (although there is alternative WIFI upstairs which may have been better). A minor niggle too, but the skirting boards and windowsills etc could benefit from a bit of a deep clean / refresh.

Our one night at Boutique 50 was exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located and can easily be reached by public transport. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. It had a cosy ambiance with all the modern amenities you would expect, a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, flat Tv. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with all toiletries. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist. If you’re planning a trip to the city and need a reliable, charming place to stay - Boutique 50 is a great option for budget-conscious travelers who don’t want to compromise on quality.

Excellent - lovely warm reception, cosy and well equipped room with coffee machine, comfortable bed, great shower, welcoming and helpful staff and a great location with the city centre a 10’minute taxi ride away and plenty of cafes bars and restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast in the morning (continental) Absolutely loved it and will definitely go back

Only one very small gripe - wife has a bit of OCD but there were some small stains and scuff marks on lower walls. Did not detract from our stay but would lift the room if cleaned

Comfy and luxurious, coffee machine in room and delicious continental breakfast. Free parking outside the property at the weekend was ideal. Easy and quick check-in and check out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and surprisingly minimal noise, we liked the tv in the room aswell as bottles of water and slippers complementary. 15 minutes walk from the OVO where we were at a concert.

Not a proper private door on bathroom, not sure if this is all the rooms but was in ours, fine for some people im sure, just not our preference.

Room no 5 was very small, but we were only staying for one night . The bathroom wash basin was tight in that small toilet, tap on the sink sprouted out so quickly, when turned on it soaked my arm and the front of my blouse. No coffee, tea, or milk in room when we arrived. The receptionist was very apologetic and quickly sorted it out. I'm sure it was just an oversight.

We came down with friends to attend a concert at the OVO. Great location, so quiet but central too! We will definately be back. The rooms are small but perfectly suitable for an overnight stay. Lovely breakfast next day, plenty of fresh items to choose from and didn't miss a cooked breakfast really.

The shower let the room down :( Room 3 - the shower fluctuated between freezing cold and burning hot (not touching the dial!) so was a very quick dive in and out between the extremes. otherwise a totally wonderful stay.

Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom with products. Really appreciated the great coffee machine with pods. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely continental breakfast. While close to Argyle Street, the hotel was so quiet; you wouldn't believe you were in the centre of a big city. Great stay: highly recommended.

Would have been nice if there was a small bar. However, it was possible to order from room service if you wanted anything.
